Very convenient store. Well stocked with a pretty decent range of books too. Staff very pleasant and helpful. One of the sales assistants was especially enthusiastic about books in general and he helped me make the right choice when buying some books. All in all a positive experience.

I was looking for a particular book, a staff member working on the shelves was happy to help.i also bought 2 books for the little people.Ineeded 2 cards also they were pretty but I realised when I got to the till they were not Irish made, they were out of them. This is my second time to ask for Irish made here. The shop has had some in the past,we want to buy Irish when we can.Overall the staff were very nice, I will be back.

I recently ordered a book from easons, they said the book would be in on a particular day, I popped in on that day and the book was in with my name on it waiting for me! I know it's the basics of what you'd expect from a retail shop but I feel not a lot of shops get complimented for getting the basics right! Also the shop looks fantastic spotless clean and the lady I dealt with was polite and very pleasant! 5 star all day long!!! Well done keep up the good work!

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Who explained that for insurance reasons customers are not allowed use their toilets. If only the staff n Shop street had explained.

Excellent service in the Galway Shopping Centre very friendly staff unlike the Shop st Store were one older lady was totally obnoxious a few weeks ago.
