IF in Listowel and are looking for a good Delicatessen this is definitely the number 1, great food, lovely sweet treats as in Cakes and buns etc, hot meals can also be ordered day before, breads exceptional. Compliments to Pierce, his chef's and staff outstanding 👏

Scrumdiddlyumptious food. Quiche, tarts, pies, jams, breads. Excellent fayre. I 'reward' myself, in these troubled times, with a visit once a week. I'm particularly fond of the orange and rhubarb crumble. Enjoy

Brilliant choice of take away food that has home cooked taste

A rare little gem, a really really nice and very tidy place to stay in. All the rooms look to have just new furnished, cosy beds,very clean showers only and only 10-15mins from the Tarbet ferry on the Kerry side. Little cafe beside the Home bakery is under the apparments, were the general theme of cleanliness is carried on, along with either a good breakfast to start your day or a very good selection of home baked buns, pastries and cakes, lunches hot or cold and vegetarian selection also. Big Pierce (the owner) lovely, very welcoming and well mannered big Kerry man. Not many places in Ireland can tick as many boxes as this little place👍.
