I did test Gary's patience more than once as I changed my mind after order had been placed, and yet he still did his utmost to accommodate. We live in Dublin and are renovating our home. We ordered most of our tiles and laminate (and could easily have ordered most of what we needed) from BTW Sligo. It was significantly better value than ordering elsewhere and was delivered to Dublin on time with only 48 hours notice. We purchased Laminate flooring for our property (Holiday home) covering the full area of our living room cum kitchen. We were replacing a traditional carpet and lino covering as was the fashion then. We had no experience of Laminate but the customer service representative, Gary Devins explained all the options in their excellent showroom as well as outlining likely delivery timescales and installation options. We felt really comfortable and while we did not decide immediately, we did indicate the type and colour board of our liking. After the initial meeting, we did decide to go ahead and called Gary to place the order. Gary took over the entire process from that point. He organised the site visit, and arranged for the installer to be also present where the precise measurements, and specific fittings were discussed and explained to us. Again we were very impressed with the level of professionalism by Gary and Aaron the installer. Aaron gave his quotation immediately, and Gary, with all the measurements gave us our quotation within a few hours by email. We accepted the quotations very quickly and again Gary immediately set out the programme for completion within a three week period. We paid for the product and maybe thought we would be handed over to Aaron, but Gary was present all through and managed the entire process. We had given the keys of the property to Gary and while we were away the entire job was completed on time and exactly to budget. The result was a perfectly fitted flooring with a quality laminate product. We can without hesitation recommend BTW as a truly customer focused company and with a really caring customer attitude, where every query raised (usually by email) was immediately responded to. The work was completed in the three week period as promised, at the exact cost quoted and the product looks absolutely terrific. We now intend to have the remaining bedrooms and hallway on our ground floor completed with the same product by BTW.

If anyone is thinking about choosing a home renovation shop I highly recommend a BTW store. Looking for unique and at the same time good quality products we found this store and honestly we was not disappointed with that choice. Thanks to Gary's professional advice, our apt exceeded our expectations. Floors and high-quality bathroom tiles and fittings (sinks, copper tap and radiators) that we have chosen make up our apartment. If we needed anything, Gary did everything to find the product we were looking for. I don't think the prices in the store are too high either. there are often discounts and offers and admit - you pay for good quality, especially for products that have a long life. We are planning to renovate the last bathroom and we will definitely come back blindly to BTW because we know that we will definitely find the best products.

The showroom was very well laid out with a great variety of options to choose from. Probably a bit overwhelming but that's where Gary came to the fore. He asked us what we were generally looking for, showed us around and very quickly knew what would work for us. Gary was very professional and knowledgeable, with a great manner - not imposing, just making sure we got the bathroom we wanted. He stayed on well past closing time to make sure we were fully accommodated, right down to the right tap to suit the sink unit - no rush, no pressure, a pleasure to deal with. We could not be happier with the finished bathroom. Indeed, during the installation, we had a query about the location and fitting of the shower unit. I rang Gary for advise and, without hesitation, on his day off, he called up to the house to give advice to the Tiler. You can't really ask for more. Great showroom, great bathroom, outstanding service.

Had a problem with one of the items and went back to the store in September and the guys were more than helpful and resolved the problem to our satisfaction very promptly. We recently purchased a new house in the Sligo area and required a redesign of two bathrooms. BTW had been recommended to us and when we visited the showroom, we liked both the layout and the quality of the goods there. It was suggested that we invite Stephen to our new house to give us advice and to take measurements. This proved to be the right thing to do as both my husband and I had little or no experience in replacing bathrooms. We were advised that there would be a cost to this visit which when we placed an order, would come off final quote. Stephen came at the appointed time, helped with numerous questions and went away with the notes. We then went into the showroom and with Steohen’s help identified and ordered the various items required. NB in future it might be a good idea to mention that although a certain item costs x, this does not include the other parts making up the whole! For example the toilet is only x, but that does not include the cistern or seat. These prices are however listed by each item in the showroom! But it is very different when you are ordering each item separately. Once ordered, the items arrived in good time, were complete with Stephen personally overseeing all into a pallet to be delivered to our new home. Although we had some plumbing issues once all installed in the new bathrooms, these were not the fault of the BTW sanitary ware but to do with the plumbing aspects of our new home. All in all we were extremely satisfied with the service and the goods received from BTW and in particular the help and support we received from Stephen doing the initial call right through to the delivery of the goods. And to Gary the manager for the warm welcome with each visit.
