Excellent range of unusual handmade tiles like Zellige and cement tiles that can not be found anywhere else, excellent service and the most helpful staff. I couldn't ask for more! From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by the lovely Hannah who talked me through all the different style options to Mark helping me choose the perfect tile and making sure they were in stock, we need our tiles in our very short timeframe so it was a relief. The showrooms is bright and modern with great displays to help with choosing the look I wanted. We also chose very contemporary and well priced bathroom ware it was great to be able to get all in the one shop, we got a deal because we bought all together that made a nice difference. There is ample parking just outside the door. Five stars all round!!

Besttile was extremely accommodating and helped us out in a pinch. Great customer service. Our house builder in Germany screwed up on reserving the tiles we chose. When the tiler wanted to install them months later, they were no longer available and we had to decide on an alternative within 2 weeks. But these tiles ("Peronda Melange") were so unique that there was no real alternative. So we searched half of Germany looking for these tiles, but nobody had them in stock anymore. Finally, we searched internationally and found them only at besttile.ie. We then had a very nice and uncomplicated mail exchange with Mark from Best Tile, and he actually managed to send us these tiles within 8 days (!), although they don't normally ship internationally. He didn't even wait for the money to arrive, as we needed the tiles urgently. The shipping costs were higher than the value of the tiles, but the result was worth it to us - see photos. Thanks again for the excellent support. Rarely have I experienced someone so committed to their customers.

Just wanted to share my experience with Best Tile so far, I ordered some samples in the past and they arrived very quickly. Very impressed with the selection and also the prices! And then today when I went to order tiles I was looking for a recommendation for floor tiles to suit, I chanced asking on their Instagram page and spent half the morning chatting with David who sent on several options that would suit the tiles I’ve already picked out from them for our en-suite walls. He was so helpful and when I noticed stock was low on a tile I was keen on he took them off the website to allow me time to receive a sample! I’m absolutely delighted with the service I’ve received so far and I have to say it’s been lovely to deal with Best Tile so far. Thank you to David for helping me out today.

Fantastic staff and selection. When I visited the showroom at first I was unsure of the style I wanted Hannah and Ger were great with ideas and helped me to design really smart bathrooms. I put down a deposit and specified a date I needed the tiles for, when I needed the tiles they were ready to go and the guys arranged delivery. I needed to go to the warehouse where the tiles are stored to get a few extra when the tiler ran short, they lads out there were very helpful and could not do enough for me. The process of remodeling the 2 bathrooms was stressful dealing with many trades and lots of suppliers so it was such a help when one of the main suppliers was so professional.

I found that Best Tiles had a huge choice of Tiles with excellent value. They guided me to a white kitchen tile with a diamond fleck which matched my new kitchen units perfectly Top quality at a great price. My wife was delighted.I measured the area incorrectly and I was short two tiles which which Best Tiles sent on to me free of charge. I contacted Best Tile in Waterford after searching for a tile I really wanted for my bathroom. I had priced it locally here in Derry and it was ridiculously expensive, plus the salesman was very rude when I said I thought it was too pricey! Then Best Tile cane to the rescue and offered amazing value online as well as outstanding customer service. I contacted them through their Facebook page and left the message in the evening not expecting to hear back until the next morning. However, the lovely David, who was the most charming and helpful fella, answered all my questions and assured me he could deliver to me even though I live on the Derry/Donegal border. I placed my order and the tiles were with me just two days later and the help, advice and support about the delivery was also great. I would definitely recommend Best Tile for anyone in Ireland. They have an amazing range - I’ll be decorating again shortly and I know where I’ll be buying my next tiles! Delighted with my purchase and cannot wait to get the tiles fitted next week. I’m not moved to leave reviews very often but the fabulous customer service and competitive prices deserved a 5🌟rating! Thanks!

Top class service from Mark and his professional team, very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our many indecisive visits to Best Tile. As a new build, there were many careful decisions to be made. What I thought would be frustrating, as I wasnt sure how to plan the tiles that I liked, with the professional and patient advice from Mark made it very pain free ! Best Selection of Moroccan Cement Tiles in Europe. I previously ordered cement tiles from another company to be left disappointed so then decided to try Best Tile. So I ordered a sample online and was delighted with it. I flew to Ireland to choose my tiles because there are so many amazing tiles on the website.I was greeted by the most Brilliant Staff who were so helpful and so very kind to me..They were all very patient with me and helped me every step of the way to help me choose my tiles. I am in Love with this company and I would like all the tiles in all my house and garden as they are all fantastic, but of course there is a limit to where I could put them haha.. Once back in Uk I changed my mind over one set of tiles and once again Mark and Chris were patient with me and changed the order in record time.
