I recently purchased a kayak from them which I had shipped to the USA. International shipping is a real hassle and they were very patient and kindly set a boat aside for me while I worked through it. Dealing with Canoe Centre couldn't be easier! The website is intuitive and easy to navigate and the staff are very knowledgeable over the phone. As I can't travel far due to the lock down restrictions the speed with which Canoe Centre delivers is brilliant: I ordered a new spray deck on Tuesday evening and it had arrived by Thursday morning allowing me to be on the water by Thursday evening! The jellies in the package were also a nice touch.

This was my first time buying from the CanoeCentre and what a great experience. I sent in a web order. Normal!. But then I got a phone call from a really helpful and postive energy guy called Shane. He wanted to understand what it was I was trying to do by ordering a multitude of screws, bolts and washers etc so he could offer me some advice. Really lovely morning with Darren rafting. Had to paddle more than expected and I'm not fit but it was ok thankfully. The rapid bits were fun. If your looking for really fast rapids probably better to go later in the year. Today was lovely and calm though but something different.
