The Billiard Company were lovely to deal with. We had a tricky third floor installation in Galway. Some companies refused, because they couldn't/wouldn't travel here or do a third floor installation or have a table to suit my specifications. Through careful consultation with the company, we picked a suitable pool table that would fit the room, and make it up all the stairs. We got a 6ft Roma Pool Dining Table in Silver Oak. The quality is fabulous. A custom table in the exact colour and finish I wanted. They brought all the accessories I ordered too. The installers were fast, careful and efficient. They advised how to keep the table looking good and made sure we were happy before they left. Payment was sorted online. Very easy process. NB: Custom tables take time and issues beyond the company's control had knock on effects. I began planning this at the end of May, getting advice, taking measurements, sending photos. The order was confirmed in July. Original delivery was expected to be mid to late September. This was delayed till late October. That particular date didn't suit me so the table was finally delivered in mid-November. I was not in a rush for it and these things take time and delays happen, so I am not complaining. Just for others to be aware this may not be a quick process. The company were very responsive and communicated really well about timelines and delays. Overall The Billiard Company were excellent and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a pool table.

Bought a cue here a few months back walked 25 mins to get to the shop from where we were staying and id do it again ... the 2 men that work there give u all the time in the world that u need for advice or just help picking the right cue will defo be back again. This company are amazing!!!!! Ordered an Abbey Pool Diner table which was delivered and installed today. The look and quality of the table, cues and balls is top notch! The service received was A+, from Enquiry to install. Darren was extremely helpful in answering my questions, and providing sound advice. The installers were great too, they even went the extra mile today and dismantled my former table for me which I didn’t have tools for 🙏 Nice touch!

Huge selection of cues and extensions. Reasonable policy for use of cue for a while and then return it for a cue of the same value if it doesn't suit. It would be useful to try the cue out in store but there is not enough space for this

Recently purchased a cue and butt here . Wide range of excellent cues. Really like the way they do business. Helpful expertise ( if you ask for it ) with zero sales patter. Nice to be able to take your time when picking a cue. Couldn't imagine buying one anywhere else. Mystifying how anyone in Dublin buys a cue from the internet when a shop like this is here.

Had my pool table reclothed by The Billard Company last week, I phoned them on Tuesday and they came out on that Friday, which to me was absolutely brilliant service, the job the fitter did was fantastic and I'd asked John on the phone would they be able to fix an issue with the middle pocket, and they did it with no extra charge,as for the table, what a difference it is now to play on. So thank you guys. I would definitely recommend you're company to anybody looking for this service, I'll be using you's again in the future.
