P. B.I gave 5 stars because the manager, a lady I met today was extremely helpful and couldn't be nicer.
Yesterday Sunday 19th I would of given 1 star as the manager yesterday gave me the wrong information and gave me the run around.
The staff were very helpful and friendly today and yesterday

I met a very helpful manager Jennifer who even though she was being bombarded with people with the same issues as myself was so kind and helpful. Birthday boy will be happy to get his shoes tomorrow. Thank you so much for your help. Much appreciated.
