I gave 5 stars because the manager, a lady I met today was extremely helpful and couldn't be nicer. Yesterday Sunday 19th I would of given 1 star as the manager yesterday gave me the wrong information and gave me the run around. The staff were very helpful and friendly today and yesterday

As my online order has not arrived having been ordered since end Nov I went into shop in cruises st today to check if i could check if there was a prob with it. I met a very helpful manager Jennifer who even though she was being bombarded with people with the same issues as myself was so kind and helpful. Birthday boy will be happy to get his shoes tomorrow.
