d.Went to dmc fitness daniel has a great attitude and great encouragement, fantastic spin classes and suspension hit with some other ones thrown into the mix too he caters for everyone from 0-99 and no matter where u are with ure fitness he always gets the best out of you , the people in his classes also are friendly and enthusiastic were like one great big fit family.
S. W.Lovely in summer. Ropes in car park which were to direct cars were set very low, and nearly tripped over one. Not the safest
