d.Went to dmc fitness daniel has a great attitude and great encouragement, fantastic spin classes and suspension hit with some other ones thrown into the mix too he caters for everyone from 0-99 and no matter where u are with ure fitness he always gets the best out of you , the people in his classes also are friendly and enthusiastic were like one great big fit family.
