We joined Osprey pool gym membership 2 weeks ago, the staff are so helpful and friendly. Everything is spotless, Gemma always knows our names on arrival!

I recently visited the leisure centre with my almost 2 year old . The facilities were fabulous and the staff were particularly warm and very helpful. The first woman Ann i met was extremely friendly and helpful. We throughly enjoyed ourselves.

Having being a member of this club for a few years now, I felt it was time to recognise for me the person who is such a people oriented person herself and knows all the clients on a first name basis. She is so friendly and efficient ,if there was a employee of the month I would nominate Ann Clarke. I have been a member of a few leisure clubs over the years and Ann to me is the most friendliest.

pool was quite cold but its a lovely place. covid measures include turning the showers off in the mens dressing room. not sure what that will achieve but wbat do i know?:)

Good gym with a bit older equipment and break downs a lot. Very friendly staff. If the gym classes are full no space to move as the studio is very small. So ok if u stay in the hotel.
