Reviews of Centra Dame Street
Really nice store but the deli isn't fully 24 hours. You can only get pizza during the day as the team always pretend they're out of ingredients in the evening. This has happened multiple times. One time I heard a team member tell another 'Just tell him we don't have it', and I'd to ask someone else and magically they had it. You're better off going across the road to Spar if you want good service. 👍
A busy Centra store with the Frank & Honest cafe inside. It's a friendly place, selling the usual counter sweets, newspapers etc. It has an excellent hot counter, salad bar and sandwiches & cakes, as well as good self service coffee's, latte, tea etc. You can have a staff serve a barista style coffee in cups or mug if you wish. You can sit in the bright large glass window & watch the world go by. Seating is varied, built in seats & bar seats where you can relax & read or meet friends. It's medium sized but I always seem to get a seat. Their hot food is tasty.
Girl in the coffee section rude. Very bad attitude. I just asked her for WiFi password and she made a face like if I asked something extraordinary
Fresh food prices are cheaper than Spar across the street. Plus since it added a bona fide café, it is late-night exquisite.
Lovely place for hot and cold food with a good coffee cup. All staff, specially night shift, are great and very friendly.
Same staff for years. Nice refurb. Clean deli. Lovely and friendly servers and cash staff. Good management.
Since the renovation, one of the nicest cafe/convience stores in town, great coffee, good value hot and cold food, good meeting spot, nice view onto one of the busiest pedestrian crossings in Dublin,
This Centra is one of the nicest I've been in. It is very clean, organized, and well stocked. I often use it as a central location to meet friends.
excellent cuisine, mainly with regard to their chicken fillet roles. fine spot to go to after a night out
Coffee was nice, ordered food from the adjacent shop which was OK. Well located and very convenient.
Its your typical centra. Great for a quick small bite to eat or grab something small like milk or sugar.Cant complain about it and staff are lovely
Great selection and very clean. Pleasant staff.
Very fond of this place as they sell "Cocio", a chocolate milk from Denmark. Really nice! And they just redecorated the whole place
Stopped off for a good coffee in a relaxing environment. The supermarket looks pretty cool too.
i had worked here for a year back to 2000. amazing to find out its still running under the same name!
Lovely cafe, great coffee, cheap, power sockets everywhere, WiFi is a bit spotty
Great quality Frank and Honest coffee freshly served in the coffee shop inside store.
Deli staff is very friendly and food is nice.
Hot food is usually fresh at all times.
Surprisingly good hot food and plenty of power sockets.
Really nice guy. Even opened up a little early for us.
