This place knows how to charge but at the same time is just outstanding in terms of its quality of goods. From the deli counter, to Doneybrook Fair stall not to mention huge Off license, as SuperValus go, this has to be the best in the land. Bit of a construction site at the moment outside however.

Fantastic refurbishment at Supervalu Knocklyon, has Donnybrook fair instore. Plus much more room than previously. One of the best equipped outlets in South Dublin. Huge range of items available at competitive prices.

The only shop on Tallaght that has an actual manager that cares. A lot of healthy and vegan choices, natural detergents, nice fruit and veg.

Usually it's very good and probably my preferred super valu but it's being refurbished at the moment (August 2021) and it's a bit of a nightmare. The staff are very good and accommodating, and the products are very good as well. Good bakery on site providing fresh breads and cakes. Celebration cakes to order. Car park is a total disaster, regardless of the refurbishment.. EDIT 19/4/22: Refurb is finished. For some reason, they decided to torture us with some unbearable, "original" music (it's truly awful), just leave the radio on @supervalu. There are always people restocking which, on the one hand is great but causes chaos in the aisles, and bottlenecks. On my last visit, I came across a number of open items (torn packaging etc.); when I mentioned this at checkout, the cashier just shrugged her shoulders 😆. Still my preferred supervalu but I might just do click and collect...

Nice little shopping centre if you're living locally particularly if you're walking distance hardware, boutique, bookshop hairdressers flower shop, coffee shop and of course supervalu, all in close proximity to schools and A RC church particular nice area to live

Outstanding customer service from top management.They went over and above to help me get a delicious cake for my dear friends birthday at short notice (although I had been to the bakery dept twice the previous day but no one was there and the ordering machine was broken). Supervalue Lucan made and shipped the beautiful cake to Knocklyon for me, and when I went to collect it there was no charge. My family and I have shopped at Supervalue for years and this kind of kindness will keep us shopping here. Thank you again.

superValue, Superstore, under construction but open for business, stocked to the ceilings with everything you will need and usual Super Value, staff doing a wonderful job under the circumstances and the smiles are frequent and free, fresh bread from their own ovens everyday, only problem is you'll be spoilt for choice ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Now, I can't complain about the looks, it is under construction so noe I can't comment in that, but I love superquin anyways, amazing food, good presentations when not under construction and it's a good supermarket

This SV is on the smaller side. Friendly staff. Particularly the guy that does q control and security. He is one of the most helpful people I've ever come across in Retail. He goes out of his way to help elderly customers or anyone that looks like they may need some extra assistance. Overall it's a lovely place to shop, the staff are always busy, helpful and the shelves are usually well stocked. Parking is always available, including parent and child and easily accessible and there's an ATM outside.

I've been shopping at supervalu knocklyon for years, staff always helpful and polite. I have never had a problem with products I've bought from the shop always in date and fresh. I have to say though on more than one occasion I've over heard one particular manager talk to staff members like dirt which is actually the reason I came here to write this review. I seen one girl young girl in tears I'm not too sure what was said but there's no excuse to upset anyone like that let alone a young girl working in a supermarket and it's not the first time I've seen similar incidents involving the same woman, how often is this happening that I've seen it myself multiple times? I didn't clearly see the managers name tag but she's a thin short blonde woman, i think shanon or Sharon was the name tag but I'm not 100% sure.

Booked click and go shopping. Buzzer machine not working properly this is 5 th time I have had this problem and have spoken to the manager regarding this on 2 occasions . On last time he said he would address this issue but hasnt. Young pleasant supervalu employee who came ot to my car told me she has addressed this issue to the manager . She ingormed me and showed me a very old nokia phone that she uses to answers the buzzer. This is very unacceptable because click and go has introduced a fee to collect now 3 euros extra / 2 euros morning / afternoon .So Supervalu Knocklyon is a no go for click and collect unless the manager Eoghan I was told his name does his job. But clearly he doesnt wonder how he got the post?
