Nice clean and bright store. Very disappointed with there Home ware very poor selection compared to there other stores in galway. Was looking for bedlinen and accessories poor selection unfortunately.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They have been there for ages, which proves that it's a good place to work. It shows. I would like if there was more of the higher range household ranges. My only gripe is the parking right outside by impatient shoppers which blocks ingress and egress.

Lovely big store. The have parking and a shell chair accessible entrance too. They have the clothing section which head some offer going on almost all the time of the year. The kids clothing and the PJ's are amazing collection. The home collection is also very elegant and mostly not very expensive. In the grocery the have food Irish produce like good fish and meat. They also have good olives collection and their salad is always amazing. Love their bakery section and their baking section has more products too.

The last day my daughter rang Dunnes Stores Westside and asked about a jacket and was told they had one in store. So the following day we went back to Dunnes Stores Westside and we got the jacket so yes I would recommend Dunnes Stores Westside to everyone from paula

Staff always amazing, friendly and helpful, 5 stars here, but the shop is small, stock of certain things can be limited, clothes and underwear section limited, esp ladies underwear, mens section can only be described as dire, grandad clothes. Have often run in just to grab something for my sons, and walked back out again with nothing. Please stock some better men's clothes and ladies underwear. I have seen much better ranges in other Dunnes. Again, always very pleasant interactions with staff, top class here

Like all Dunnes it's a good shop and there's lots of parking outside. I shop here regularly . Since Ann left it's missing something because she was just tops. Very friendly and helpful. Staff on the whole are nice with the exception of a couple who always seem to have sour faces and never greet you . One of these is a male in the fruit and veg section and the other a female shop assistant. They have a good selection of known brands and their pastries and breads are very fresh.

Cleaning equipment for trolleys should be beside them. As it is you have to handle the trolley and go inside to disinfect it. Doesn't make sense or make the customer feel comfortable.

Dunnes Store is a great place to buy clothes and shoes now since we had kids there was 3 years ago we always get our clothes bought in Dunnes Stores the kids loved it it's nice and spaces you have loads of categories of of things to buy from shoes to kids and shoes to adults they have a good selection my wife loves buying dresses there all her dresses are from doing the store and she likes the Jewellery it's always gorgeous and fix her very well he's always the light with with Jonas product so every time we go to dunes doesn't matter where could be Galway could be Athlone even doubling we always stop by to get something doesn't matter big or small we always enjoy shopping in Dunnes there's more calm it's it's a nice environment I highly recommend it it's a good place for shopping

Its OK, Dunnes Store like every other. Big thumbs up for installation of bike stands, unfortunately these are not very useful as there is no option to lock the bike by the frame, wheel bike stands are not very secure. Another thing is that there is no rain shelter so most bikes are parked somewhere else anyway ...

Fish section also looks generally fresh and does not smell fishy at all (sometimes grocery places don't always do such a good job cleaning out the fish, but this place is good), and they have a small but nice selection of cheeses and olives, hummus, etc.
