Had the tuna melt on brown with roasted vegetables and cheddar, together with tomato and basil soup! Delicious, and the coffee and cakes we're equally good. A nice bright space, and attentive staff, ideal for a quick bite if your in the general area.

Most colleagues have an awful case of retail finger "it's over that side of the shop" the lads in the yard/drive in depot are all top class and very helpful.
Some prices are ridiculous , snickers pants selling €30+ more than most places in town but a lot of the stuff is well priced.

j. o. k.Today Thursday 11th of March I found customer service very poor by Deirdre. I had to ask for a paper bag for my purchases.
M. K.I asked for glass as there was none by the jug of water. The waitress gave me one but I needed 2. She said they only had one glass left so she gave me a takeaway cup !! No apology...just matter of fact about it. Weird....staff not very professional in there.

G. N.I visited the garden centre and shop today. It is an excellent garden centre and shop .The staff are pleasant and helpful. However, the restaurant staff need training in customer service it's my second time eating here. Today my husband and I went to the counter. The lady inside the counter was making 2 mugs of coffee for the customer in front of us. She neither greeted us, acknowledged us or even glanced . In our direction. She went out of her way to ignore us. I waited 5 mins. She eventually took the coffee to the customers table. Then did some job outside the counter. We were still waiting. Two staff members were chatting at another counter -they had no customers to serve. We waited for some one to serve us. The first lady did not return inside the counter. It was not busy so she was not dealing with a customer. Eventually one of the two ladies came to serve us. We got our coffee after over 10 mins or more waiting. There was 1 customer being served when we went In. No one after us. The staff need training in basic customer service. The restaurant and staff need a manager.

S. S.Very helpful in the garden section. However in the in house coffee shop the first lady we met gave us a does of attitude. I ordered a bit because I could not get what I wanted. The but came as toasted but was hardly toasted at all and we were no asked if we wanted toasted. There was no butter on the toast and just a tiny blob of mayonnaise in the center of the bread ( which I don't like). Hardly any tomato, nice bacon nicely cooked but needed fat trimmed off and no lettuce but rocket which I don't like. Do the not know rocket is completely different to lettuce. This with a dose of attitude was just too much. Six months ago my wife and I wanted sausage egg and chips . A different lady obliged and specially cooked eggs for us, we were happy and did go back. Not this time though we will not return.
