I. B.I do understand how small this shop is and how challenging it may be to re-stock shelves when customers are walking around it, but on numerous occasions one young lady, who seem to be some sort of superior to other staff, bumped into me, and never apologised. Or she may push her way through walking past you, but you will never hear"excuseme" from her. One day she was sitting on the floor with stock all around her, just looking up at people who were struggling to walk past her. She would not move. Well I just go there when I really have to and get out ASAP. I do not expect miracles, but some basic manners of the staff, like saying "hello" back when you greet them would be nice. And sometimes they do not even do that
