e. M.The hyper is a "go to" store.. I remember it as the old " L & N".. A place where my gran, god rest her, would do her weekly shop. I recount the old style lino floor and uncomplicated lay out. The customer service at the till was always familiar. The customers knew them and vice versa. Nowadays he store is different but only just! It took ages for Supervalue to revamp the interior. As an old store who have a steady and reliable trade they were never gonna lose out but since the revamp it's much more appealing to shop in. All fresh produce. I never had to return something or have a second glance at the sell by date on its items. They're staff have a good work ethic although I think a smile or a nod from the employees could go a long way. I find it just a business now. That homely feel I got years ago isn't there now. Nonetheless I will still continue to shop here as I'm so used to the place.. it is well run and managed. But the only thing is that interaction some members of staff need to improve on. Other than hat it's a decent and reliable grocery shopping store

K. D.I'm always over here and some of the staff are very ignorant and rude. And there is never really anyone on the tills only the customer service desk. They should be at least 1 or 2 people on the tills. It doesn't matter if your not busy. People come in for last min shopping. Oh and as well as that they do to much talking at the customer service that they short change you.

S. C.Well stocked supermarket. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the carpark. It needs serious attention with just one extremely cramped disabled space at the main shop entrance and two at the upper level, meaning a long walk and elevator journey. They're far too narrow to allow full opening of doors and are dangerous to reverse out of, because of the volume of customers. These spaces are often occupied by the "only here for a couple of minutes to get cash from the ATM" brigade.

O. Č.Smaller range of veggies than expected, the prices being higher than in e.g. Dunnes and Aldi. A great choice of unfortunately expensive breads. On the other hand, great choice of dairy products and better prices of foods such as soya milk. Nice and helpful staff.
