All the staff are very friendly and professional. When it comes to piercings though, Thor is the best, without a single doubt in my mind. He is extremely patient and he explains EVERYTHING , he's very thorough; from picking jewelry to his piercing procedure to aftercare. They definitely have the best jewelry selection I've seen so far. I refuse to go anywhere else to get my piercings now.

Extremely friendly & professional staff. Everything was throughly explained before the tattooing process. Very hygienic work stations. A very pleasant experience, not to mention the shop itself is so cool with all the drawings and designs hung up everywhere. Highly recommend!!!

Everything about this place is amazing. I got my daith and third lobe done here. Going back for a double helix. My piercings are healing great. Thor is a true professional. Only place to go to if you want your piercing done right.

I was very nervous about getting my piercing but Thor was so patient and kind. He explained everything really thoroughly and was really lovely to speak to and deal with so I felt a lot more at ease pretty quickly. I love my piercing so much and I'm already excited to go back!

I got my two tattoos done here . One last year and the other only about 4 months ago. The tattoos are expensively high but that’s what you get for Quality and the Tattoos here are Quality. The Staff are amazingly friendly and so welcoming. The two artists who did my pieces were very helpful and listened to what I wanted to get done and I could not be more happier with my tattoos, Great to have the opportunity to get a tattoo done by a visiting professional. They have big emphasis on hygiene which is great and you know the place is a top drawer studio. I would highly recommend this place to get a tattoo and if I ever decide to get another Tattoo I will definitely go hear Again.

I 100% recommend this place for anyone wanting a tattoo. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is super cool. I mean really- I have not seen more stencils in my entire life, they cover the ceiling and walls. Regardless the guy who did my tattoo did a great job and really exceeded by expectations. They worked within my budget and did my tattoo for €200. I cannot recommend this place enough, it is a gem.

I've had a touch up, a guest artist piece, and a full day session here, and piercings. The lads are great fun, well up for a chat and really considerate of comfort. Aftercare has never been a bother.

Would 100% recommend for a first time piercing. I had my nose done by Lucy and can honestly say I've never had a better experience. Went in alone but both Lucy and the lady at reception were so calm and kind I was barely nervous at all. Perfectly clean and really competent - I felt I was in very good hands. 10/10 would get the same piercing done again - such a cool atmosphere almost seems like you step into Amsterdam right here in Cork.

I got 3 of my 6 tattoos here and am very happy with the result. I walked in on the afternoon and got an appointment the same day, in the evening. The team is very competent and advised me on the size of my tattoos, as well as which parts of the body would end in a good/bad result with the size and style of my tattoos. I highly appreciated this as I am not an expert, and the team seems highly experienced. A guest artist from London (Joel Rhys) did my tattoos, and I am very happy with the result. Cool guy. 😊 the price is a bit higher than in other places, but I am willing to pay for quality. Needless to say, the place is very clean and they put big emphasis on hygiene.

Got my 2nd tattoo there on my wrist 2 weeks before Christmas. Was really happy with the result of the tattoo but wasn't with anything else.... Went in and they acted as if I wasn't there while they set up everything. They didn't show me them setting up the tattoo needle which made me worry as I thought showing the set up was normal. I didn't say anything because I was tired. When it was finished they didn't say anything about after care and I just left thinking it would be in my email like anything else from them. I emailed them that night when I got home to ask for it, no response. Emailed the following day and no response. I rang them and asked and the second I asked the line was cut off. I knew what to do by asking another parlour in the city. Just because I already had a tattoo doesn't mean I will remember the after care steps.... Happy with how tattoo came out but will need to be redone in places of it... Safe to say I won't be back but would still recommend to a friend as they were nice during the tattoo.

Went into the shop to get a cover-up done. The guys were very informative, friendly and helped me to decide on an idea that coincided with what I wanted and what would look good. Couldn't be happier with the tattoo, turned out way better than I thought a cover-up would, well worth the money. The price matches the quality of work.

Very nice and friendly staff. Got my tragus piercing done by Debbie and she was just so nice and understanding and managed to calm me down although I was very nervous. But she explained everything to me and made it a very good experience for me.
