Called in not knowing what was wrong with the car, on the way to a friends house. Ciaran inside there explained what was wrong in detail to me and gave me an estimation of what it should cost to repair. Unfortunately I couldn't leave the car with the lads but the explanation and knowing what was wrong and that it was safe to drive on was very helpful.
