F. C.Needed a puncture repaired urgently and they immediately helped me out. Great customer service.
P. m.I came back to these guys after failing my nct. They are very friendly and helpful. I called to them on Thursday morning and they told me that they would take me on Friday. By Friday afternoon they rang to tell me that the car was ready. The bonnet catch and the handbrake failed the nct. The guys in Best Drive explained exactly what they failed on and what they did to fix it. They were very reasonable with their price. I always worry that a mechanic could rip me off because I rarely get to see exactly what they did, if its internal, and they know more about cars than me, but I was very reassured that they were honest and fair with me. I will definitely use these guys again.

P. J.Every time I go there I see new faces. Last time I went there to replace valve stems on my tyres as they got stuck welded and I could not top up air. The man told me that he is on his break and to come back some other time. Some nice CS standards :) I told him that I'm on my way for NCT and I need to top up air now. He said ok and did what I asked for. Car failed the NCT because wheel nuts went missing... Imagine my shock. I will never go there again unless I have no other choice. The place is very slow if you need to do any "bigger" job like brakes etc, they tell you to bring the car at 8 but at 5 it's still not ready. But even with the small jobs you have to inspect your car well before you leave the place. Manager seems to be an OK person, but the actual guys there... well as I said every time I go there I see new faces.

M. D.I just want to publicly commend Shay and his team from Best Drive. He really went above and beyond to help us. We discovered an ABS braking problem on the motorway coming home from Kerry. He squeezed us in, sourced parts from Cork, overnighted them, fitted them today and worked overtime. He and his team provided excellent service.
