Used this service for the first time over the christmas period and would highly recommend it. We were a party of 4 adults with lots of luggage and an early departure so needed a minivan that would arrive on time. We certainly got that. The quality of service for both our drop off to the airport and the pick up from the airport on our return were excellent. A big thank you to our drivers Brendan and Maurice.

Very good. My incoming flight from the New York changed 3 times due to weather, but the service was easy to contact and were quite happy to move the pickup from Friday to Saturday and then onto the Sunday, when the drive as there to meet me. Very good and will use again.

What a great way to start our first trip to Dublin! Our Driver Maurice was honestly the best, he had helpful tips about where to visit and things to do. Additionally he was one of the nicer people my Fiancé and I have had the pleasure of meeting. He had her laughing the entire time which made the time in traffic fly by. We could not recommend him enough!

Vehicle was as advertised. Driver was helpful, friendly and competent. Only one snag; we booked a 04:30h pick-up. We stepped out of the hotel at 04:31h - the taxi was not there. This creates a sinking feeling in the client... Is he just a bit late, or have they lost the booking? My procedure is to phone immediately if the vehicle is not on time. I had my phone out and was looking for the number, when he arrived at 04:33h. No harm done, but would it hurt to be three minutes early, rather than three minutes late?

Thanks so much to Maurice for getting us home safely for Christmas. He was very professional and considerate. We were travelling with children and Maurice couldn't do enough to make the journey as comfortable as possible. He even offered to stop for us during the journey. A real example of Irish hospitality. We did not have to look for him. He was quite friendly, accommodative and caring. We had a smooth ride thanks to him . After staying in a country for a few weeks where manners and pleasantries are completely non existent, the smiling driver waiting for us with a large sign with my name on it was a very welcome welcome! To say he was friendly, polite and one of the nicest drivers ever would be a massive understatement! He was super chatty. Not in an annoying stop small talking kind of way... but just enough. Not too much! He was funny too! Taxi driver etiquette/taxi drivers/taxi companies in Dublin can be hit and miss. This was definitely a hit. If only I could be chauffer driven everywhere..! I didn't get his name, but what a lovely, lovely man. I would most definitely use this company again. The prices are unbelievably fair too, with no hidden charges or random unwanted extras... Thank you so much for a smooth drive with an amazing driver.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the service.it was excellent from start to finish. Was able to use chat when making the booking, they even sent pictures of the car seats for the kids. They were very responsive by mail and phone to confirm details of the booking. The driver was friendly and professional, as well as compassionate towards our exhausted 10 mth old. Great service - I ordered the car to pick up my son. Driver phoned me a day earlier, suggesting to put pick-up time forward by 20 min because airport would be busy (on Dec. 19th 2020). I actually booked for 2pm expecting it to take time to get out of the Airport - but having provided a flight# meant that the driver was already present at the meet and greet area ready to collect me which was a huge plus. The driver was superb, professional and pleasantly talkative to help me find my feet in Dublin - I relocated for Work and they were very descriptive about the area, how to get around the City and what sort of amenities were in the area. It was sort of like a personalised tour guide whilst still being first and foremost a taxi to my destination. Would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to take an element of stress away from needing to travel between the airport and the City.

We had a fabulous experience with Dublin Airport Collections. My elderly mum was coming over from Aberdeen and she had a nightmare journey. After arriving in Belfast Airport, DAC collected her and drove her to my house in Dublin. Frequent updates which gave me peace of mind to know she was safe and sound with a reliable company.
