I have found the service at Castletroy Veterinary Clinic for our pet cat Cassius to be truly excellent. Aoife at the Reception desk is always very warm and friendly, but is also very efficient in organising a new appointment, or contacting us with a reminder about any impending appointment. I have also found both Noelle Holland and Hugh O'Donnell to have an excellent 'bed-side' manner when examining Cassius. They also explain exactly what they are doing during their examination, and report clearly what they have found and the nature of the medication they will be prescribing. Very friendly service and the Vet looking at my cat was very gentle and understanding of my concerns. Made me feel like i was being listened to and taken seriously and ensured if anything changed to just call and pop back in to then at the nearest convenience. Very Happy overall and would always recommend CVC clinics.

Since using castletroy veterinary clinic, I have always had a friendly and professional experience, with all the staff, they are very helpful and answer any questions with out judgement, I travel nearly a hour to get to them, and wouldn't want to go anywhere nearer home. They also offer a pet health care plan, this has been of great benefit in spreading out the cost of routine procedures, at a very good monthly fee. Can't recommend this practice enough and all the staff Thsnkyou for all you do
