Can't give high enough praise to Caroline, her expertise, enthusiasm and her patience. I had a 3 year old mare with a suspected fractured shoulder, but x-ray weren't showing anything, the mares prospects were pretty grim. Without answers I didn't want to make any final decisions so I called Caroline for her advice. Over the phone, she put me at ease straight away as I could tell she knew her stuff. No problem too big for her to investigate. She was out to me and the mare in no time. Instantly I loved her, if she couldn't do anything for the mare at least she could calm me down! Caroline talked me through everything, she used her thermal imaging to see what was going on. She then massaged and lasered the areas that needed attention. You could see almost instantly the mare started to relax and feel relief. Caroline came every week for 8 weeks and after every visit the mare had made improvements. Of course the mare threw in the odd backwards step in the healing process, but Caroline always came to the rescue. There was something different to treat every week which really showed that Caroline wasn't just going through the motions with her treatment, she was constantly thinking of ways to help my mare. 8 months on and the mare has no signs of lameness and I'm excited to get her back to work under the Caroline's guidance! I could not have done it without her, I know for sure the mare wouldn't be looking at a long healthy, active life without her expertise.

As we talked, I was so inspired by her enthusiasm and passion for her work. She answered all of my queries in detail and was so encouraging of my desire to pursue a career in animal therapy if it is what I want to do. Caroline recently treated my hunter. I felt we were at the end of the season and he needed a good overall check. He seemed tight in his neck and right shoulder and a little short in his gate additionally I felt he truly deserved a treat for his loyal services. After 2 visits his range of movement was significantly improved, his neck visibly freer along with greater energy in the paddock. I was most impressed by her knowledge and her overall commitment to the animal. With Caroline it is not one approach fits all. She carefully assessed my horse , body and mind , and with methodical curiosity. She immediately picked up on the physiological issues at play and was able to devise a therapeutic approach that worked for my horse's temperament. She knew how to "read" him from the start, and in a way, this probably impressed me most of all as I know he has had a difficult start. Her kindness and genuine interest in the well-being of the animals she works with is obvious to see. She works efficiently and is also tenacious in her search for root causes. Caroline is great to explain what she does, what she observes, as and when she works and if you are any bit interested in equine anatomy you ll be rewarded. She has worked on another horse for me since then with equal results. I would highly recommend her and Animal Care Munster.

Worked on my xracehorse mare who has arthritis and is constantly pulling up lame. Was thinking of early retirement for her but since treatment we've had no lameness at all and she's much calmer and happier to be out. Couldn't recommend Caroline more!

I sought advice from Caroline at a very important time for me and my mare and I cant recommend her enough. My youngster has now gone on for training and i was stuggling to find information and trusted veterinary advice locally ...(i should mention i had suffered an injury so it was quite a critical time for us) Carolines advice and care for our situation has been outstanding from the first contact. She instilled confidence in me at a very tough time and has continued support for me and my filly throughout... even though we are across the water!
