Alan and Emma looked after our bunny Mabel during probably the hottest weekend of this summer. From the minute we arrived we knew she was going to be spoilt rotten, and well cared for. They have the perfect blend of professionalism and a love of animals that just dictates how well they run their business. Our daughter was initially nervous of leaving Mabel in a boarding kennels but she was more than happy to leave her and was more worried that she wouldn’t want to come home again!!! We honestly can’t recommend Emmadale highly enough.

Emma is great to deal with and we’d highly recommend Emmadale. It made going on holiday that bit easier knowing that our pet was in such capable hands. Emma kept us updated and sent us nice photos of our cat when we were away. Our children especially liked them.

Left our two loves bunnies recently for a week and thanks so much Emma they were looked after like they were your own and my daughter was so at ease and relaxed just knowing they were cared for. Emma was very welcoming, her place for all the pets is so beautiful and well done, great layout and plenty of space and room for your pets to relax and play. While on holidays I felt so relaxed as Emma had updated me and sent me pictures of pixie our cat, to see how relaxed she was made me feel so happy to know she was in a safe place, I will deffo be bringing pixie to Emma place anytime im thinking of heading away as I know pixie was so well looked after, she loved and care for my cat as if it was her own, thank you so much for everything Emma, pixie loved her stay and say thanks to 😻😻we will see you in the future 😊 ❤

5 stars is simply not eneough to rate the excellent care and attention that Emma gave to our daughters bunnie during her 3 week stay. This is a fantastic friendly and homely setting to leave a pet , with total assurance that they get the very best of care. This was our rabbits second stay with Emma this year, and we genuinely highly recommend this wonderful boarding kennels. Look no further, if you want the best for your pet!

Cannot recommend a Emma enough! I was so nervous to leave our cats in boarding for the 1st time but the facility’s here at Emmadale are fantastic and the boys had an absolutely amazing time. I got regular pictures and videos while we were away which put my mind at such ease as they were so happy 😍 we had issues with flights which delayed us coming back which left us needed another night for the cats very last minute and Emma was more than happy to keep them, cannot thank you enough! 100% recommend to anybody 🥰🥰
