I rang a head and asked her to got a female guinea pig they told me yes when I got out there they had no female guinea pigs at all and to be honest I don't have a lot of accessories for guinea pigs other than that it's great for food hey supplements cages some cages were really big and we're only €70 which was a really good deal but I guinea pig needs a square feet being real

Myself and my boyfriend went here to buy stuff for a rabbit. We weren’t sure what to buy until we met the nicest and most helpful lady. She took the time to explain exactly what we needed and spent a half an hour doing this. She had answers to every question we had. The amount of stock they have and wonderful staff I couldn’t recommend a better place to get your pet supplies.

This place is great, has everything you would need to care for your pet. My rating above is possibly a little unfair, we went in over the summer and there were no animals there at all - just the fish. I guess to do with care during the pandemic - but disappointing for us as that's why we went there.

She helped us go through a dozen harnesses to find one our dog wouldn’t slip out of . Super patient and nice. So thanks Ellen! You should be a manager! Excellent pet store. Huge range of products for your love pets. You can find almost everything for your dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, fishes, reptiles etc. All products are very good quality and good value. Store assistants are surprisingly knowledgeable. I usually buy stuff here for my dog and fishes and I can ask them everything about my pets. They're always helpful and could give me useful advises and tips. They seems not only just have deep knowledge about each pet but enjoying share their passion about pets. I ended up chatting with them all the time I got there. It's definitely the best pet store in Dublin.

Very helpful staff, ordered by phone, they kept the order for me so didn't have to go for nothing in case someone buys it. Ladies helped me with the boxes and some discount as well. Management should pay more attention to the shop equipment as the scanners are not working and we had a delay, printers not printing , generally issues with registers equipment. Very friendly staff in here that know everything about your pets needs. They cater for cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, rodents, fish and reptiles. I've never seen so much choice for animal food, not sure why you'd ever even need much more than a tin of whiskas or pedigree but if you really really love your pet you can cater for them here. Live rabbits , guinea pigs and fish for sale in store. Thankfully no caged birds

Got a lovely wee Guinea pig there a few weeks ago. The pig was in great health and has settled in well with my other pigs. She's a lovely wee thing and I think she had been kept well I'm the pet store. The store has a great selection of pets and accessories. Lots of parking and friendly staff too.

Very good pet shop . Everything the stock is good for animals, they don’t sell have those tiny hamster cages or fish bowls which is great to see. The lizard bulbs are way cheaper then everywhere else.

They have a large scales for weighing your dog although not placed in the most convenient of locations! Its in beside the tills so on a busy day it can be a daunting experience for your hound.

This is our to place to go to for any cat / dog food or pet accessories. The shop is generally not very busy and all the staff are extremely helpful and seem to know what they are talking about. When we first got our dog I went there to look for food. One of the staffers noticed I was wondering around and he came over to ask if he can help in any way. Told me which food I should buy and even the one I shouldn't. You can expect great customer service there (which seems to be one of their main policies because the Maxi Zoo in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre is equally excellent).

They are absolutely amazing people that work there ...and they are very helpful and try there absolute best to help in any way they can ... My dog skyler loves it 🐕.. Over sons pet fish was poorly on Sunday and the staff help us out ...and today it took very sick ...I told the manager Paul all that was wrong he even tested a water sample I took from its tank and the levels where all over the place 😭...one of the young ladies that works there I think her name was emma she totally agreed with me the Alex's fish was all swollen even its eyes ...I told the blond girl that my son was with me and it's his fish and that he is Autistic etc and that he loves bubbles the fish and she told alex that she would take my number and keep bubbles in the fish hospital for the night to see if he can be helped and he was happy enough to leave bubbles there ....So here's hoping bubbles lives to see another year as it's only 2 year old 💙🧩🙏🙌🐟

I cannot recommend here enough!! Staff are so friendly and helpful and love animals. For example the forst day I got Pebbles I brought her in and they helped me with a started pack. I brought her back today for treats n toys; we went out playing - she loved her new ball (a little too much!) Got over heated so I brought her back in for water and they gave her extra water and an area in the shop in cool down - we were over a half hour here until Pebbles cooled down and staff were coming over checkin on her. One girl in particular; I forget her name- young blondoe girl - kinda rock chick 😂 Overall a great experience ; wide variety and excellent service!!
