They care. They won't sell you expensive things that you don't need. They will do their best to get medications in the post if you can't get in. As I recall they gave me a discount when I brought in stray animals. They did not charge an arm and a leg. The vet we were with was very knowledgeable as was the receptionist. They're the only vet in this area that I completely trust.

This is the practice which is now in St Conlons Rd, Nenagh..opposite the Revenue building. I can honestly say that I think this is the best vet we have ever used. Our cat, Paddycat has been suffering with a cancerous tumour on her front leg for the past few years. All the vets in the practice Paul, James and Michael have been so kind and have done everything they could to save the leg whilst not putting her life at risk. 2 weeks ago Paul put a drain into the swelling to try to drain it, unfortunately it did not work and Paddycat had 3 more visits , including a Sunday night call out to drain the leg as it swelled to an enormous size. The decision was made to remove the leg, this was not done lightly and involved much discussion and xrays to ensure this course of action was necessary. Paddycat is now home after her operation and recovering well. I know there are a lot of vets who would say that it was time to put her down, she is only 10 and has plenty more living to do, (be it on 3 legs instead of 4) but Paul assured us that she would not suffer by having her leg amputated....he was right, it is only 24hours since her 1 and half hour surgery and she is already climbing the stairs and going back down them, her appetite is back to what it was a few months ago and she is not in pain, She is cancer free !! All the staff including the 3 vets and the lady in reception are fantastic and have a real love of animals and genuinely have the animals welfare at heart. Thank you all for the fantastic work you do and the kindness you show to the animals and the owners.
