Love this store! Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They're rearranging the shelves at the moment but when I couldn't find what I needed a staff member went and got it for me! Not only that..she brought me a selection to choose from!

Friendly staff. Good selection of aquatic plants and fish. Loses a star. The man in charge of the fish section who says he is a scientist comes across as being a bit obnoxious. He would put you off getting certain things as he would say you cant put that fish with that. Personally my self i do my own research before i invest so am aware of certain risks but if you say anything you get i am a scientist. His analogy for not selling parrot fish was its like getting a cat to breed with a dog. But these Feline a Canine. Two different species. Parrot fish are two different fish. More like two different dogs. I have a tank full off parrot fish and love them. Also heard him talk to other coustomers. Again he sounds knowledgeable but makes you feel uncomfortable to make your own choice even of it turns out to be your mistake. There is advice and there is instructions that kind of contradicts your own research. But remember he is a scientist and must be right.

Great choice of products, very helpful and friendly staff. Went there to look for a 'light up' collar, they have a whole selection of them in various colours and sizes. They have cat, dog, aquarium fish products, they have few tanks with fresh water fish, even had pearl gourami, which I can't find in my local aquarist. I heard some parrots in the distance, so they have that too. Not sure about other live animals, as I didn't see the whole shop, it is big, and didn't have time to explore the whole lot. I wonder if they have any reptiles..? Anyways definitely recommended for everyday shopping for your pets, I'll be going back for sure.

I have been using this store since I got Penny 6 years ago and I love to visit as the staff are always wonderful and so kind to Penny. The stock is great here and they staff really know their stuff. This month for the first time I got Penny groomed by Katie and I could not be happier. Katie is brilliant and so kind to Penny, she got the best hair cut in 6 years of grooming and I will be running back to Katie to get Penny next hair cut. I would recommend Katie to anyone for grooming and the place is so clean and Penny was so happy, which meant the most.

Would highly recommend swords pet stop. Hailey is a credit to the company. From the onset of arriving into the shop she was so helpful and accommodating. My dog even urinated on the shop floor, and hailey was so calm, professional and cleaned it up. I was undecided on what I needed and she showed me all the options for my budget. Cant complain at all. Great selection of basically everything you want. I have cats and am always trying new products for them. A really good selection of supplements and things like flea/worming agents as well as knowledgeable and friendly staff. This place REALLY caters for dogs(often in their with partner who has one) and I almost wish I had one to spoil with their incredible selection. There are decent promotions too but only thing is that it can be a TINY bit pricey for certain things. Highly recommended.

Amazing selection of products. Staff are story helpful and friendly. You can go with your pet there and there's alcohol in the entrance. I know it's the minimum but I think some places don't care anymore about replacing the hand sanitizer when it finishes so it's important to say they have it. Prices are good. I highly recommend it.

We have used Petstop Airside Swords for 20yrs, firstly with our first dog, then fish and now with our new puppy. They are incredible kind and really care for all customers. The nicest staff team of young people you will find. There is nothing they wouldn’t do to help and their expertise in all things pets is second to none. Went in to purchase a fish tank today and staff members were very kind and helpful told me exactly how to set up the tank, what fish could be used which heater I should need if I wanted to use it as a tropical tank. Think the staff member was Jake or Jack can't remember as they don't wear name tags. Tanks were very well priced and a wide variety was available.

Petstop is absolutely amazing. Me and my partner brought two kittens home early last year and we have gotten everything from their scratching post to their food to their litter from Petstop. Petstop have exceptional customer service and their products are nothing but excellent. They provide next day delivery which has honestly been a godsend. Our experience of raising two tiny kittens has been made even better with Petstop's service. Highly recommend them!

Great selection of products. Staff that you know care for animals and reasonably priced products. I love that you have a water bowl for dogs but one small thing is to put a process in place to make sure it's always topped up. It's been dry or missing sometimes.

Good variety of great products in this shop, extremely helpful staff. They offer a dog grooming service which is handy with good prices. They have some small critters in store which is nice when you want to go and have a look, as I've noticed many large shops don't actually have pets for sale. Very clean and organized store, can be a bit pricey but if you're looking for something pet shop specific it's fine, some good offers in store too.

The premises are bright, clean, well laid out with a great selection of pet supplies. All the staff are always so willing and helpful with whatever you may need. The girls in the grooming corner are super at their job. They are very accommodating and understanding of any requirements. My dog has also had a bad experience at a different groomers and since going there he is so much better.

I own a glazing firm and was looking for a cat flap to fit into a double glazed unit for an elderly lady in a hurry as the lady was quite distressed. I rang the shop and was told to call over. On arrival the sales assistants were exceptionally helpful and called the General Manager Damian to assist me in my query. I have to say this man went above and beyond to assist and I cannot thank him enough. I would 100% use this store again. Not only has he helped me but he has also helped an elderly lady have her beloved pet have the freedom it deserves. Thanks again to all of you looking forward to next visit.

Staff are wonderful. You can bring your dog in with you and they'll even give them a treat on the way out. Seems a little pricey though but the quality of their products makes up for this. Can't put a price on your pooches happiness though can ya.

It has evetything a petlover could possibly want. The staff is young, friendly and helpful. My dog even got treats from a staff member. Petstop do delivery, even free of charge, if you spend over 25 euro. They also have a website where you can order online. I couldn't be happier.

This is a large shop. They have a great range of products for all sorts of animals. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There's loads of parking close to the entrance so you never have to carry anything far. The staff always offer to help carry any heavy or bulky items.

I cannot say enough about the amazing staff and Paulo the very kind and talented groomer. Having found a stray dog today in our local area, who was very badly matted and smelly. We knew we had to get him sorted. He needed love asap. And, Even though they were already very very busy,. They took the time to care for our new friend and they made him look a million dollars. They even clipped his nails. And bathed him. And what was really obvious to us was that you could tell these wonderful people took "prince" into their hearts. And if all that wasn't enough, they wouldn't charge us full rate because he was a rescue. Faith in humanity restored. He will be back in 4 weeks for his grooming check up. Thank you thank you thank you thank you petstop.

This is by far my favourite pet store for its selection and the helpfulness of the staff. However this review is for the pet parlor. I have a four month old poochon. (Bichon an doodle cross. I booked the first appointment for the 13th of October. The apt. Was at 3.30pm.On the way over at about 3.10pm we got a phone all to say they had no water and couldn’t do her. We re arranged an apt for the following Saturday. Not the end of the world. So yesterday when we took her there was no problem. I booked her in for the puppy pamper. From the minute I met the groomer she was clearly in no mood to discuss what I needed more what she wanted to do. She was not very friendly and I didn’t appreciate that she had big long nails when handling my nervous puppy. It was about 45 mins. Penny got a wash and tidy. I asked her to cut her nails but she didn’t do it and she gave us quite a hard lecture on how we need to get our puppy used to a hair dryer. At four months old she’s nervous of everything and I’m not a dog expert. Thank you for making us both feel like neglectful dog owners. I will be returning to pet stop but not the pet parlor.
