I love Pet Depot. Great staff - friendly and knowledgeable able. We have never been let wanting. The shop's response during COVID has been great. Recently I was in the shop when an elderly man tried to enter the shop without a mask (as is a health requirement and well known publicy). Rather than refuse to serve the gentleman, staff offered to serve him at the door and even offered a mask. I thought this was a great service. The situation was dealt with quietly and courteously by the manager. Given the staff in Pet Depot, I would have expected no less. Would recommend to anyone with pet needs or seeking pet advice.

Good pet shop with knowledgeable staff

Very helpful and caring people. They will do an extra mile for your pet needs. I'm working in cat rescue and had a situation of abandoned newborn kitten which had to have milk but the shops were closed so I rang the Pet Depot in Wicklow and lucky for me they opened especially for me before 2 hours of opening. Thank you so much from me and tiny baby kitten.

The only pet shop in wicklow, having said that it's not bad but staff is inconsistent and can be slow if the store has more than 1 customer otherwise its got most of the things you want for your companions! Prices are moderate!

Nice store, knowledgeable staff. Lost 2 stars due to the extremely small fish selection and no tropical fish available. My visit to the store was solely for fish so was pretty disappointed.
