I highly recommend Anna, I required intensive physio after a pelvic floor repair surgery last year. It was important for me to do the correct physio to get the best outcome from my surgery and Anna gave me excellent treatment. She is very kind and listened to my concerns. I regularly do Anna's online classes and enjoy them immensely. Since working with Anna my body has become stronger and I feel healthier and fitter now than I have in years.

Anna has been helping me for years now. She is a great professional and an exceptional listener who empathizes and works with you until a solution is found. It's not easy to find someone who has a holistic approach to women's health. She wont give up until she finds the right cure for your pains. I like that she shares the knowledge with you as she works with you, so you know what is happening and why.
