N. C.I would highly recommend Jeanie at Alchemy School of Yoga. From her amazing studio where you feel so welcome the minute you walk in the door to her wonderful online classes. I walk out of her classes feeling relaxed calm and sleep like a baby. Jeanie has a way of teaching that you dont feel judged and you can just go at your own pace. I find her classes are really good for the mind and help you switch off from the busy working day. Thankfully we can now attend her classes from the comfort of our home during this pandemic and still feel like you are getting the full experience:)
C. M. K.Jeanie form Alchemy School of Yoga facilitated a restorative yoga class for a group of 36 Google employees virtually today around the 'Power Of Now'. Given lockdown 3.0 in Ireland, we want our team to focus on focusing on the present moment so as to avoid worrying about future uncertainty. Jeanie's class was brilliant. J. K.I have dipped in and out of yoga since I was a young teenager, doing a 6 week course here and there, then forgetting about it for a few months or years. After moving back home to Cork from London, I signed up to try Restorative Yoga, thinking I would do the 6 week block to restore and that be it. Over a year later I have signed up for every block of Restorative classes Jeanie has held since and I have gone on the retreat to Spain too. During lockdown I look forward to Jeanie's classes every week. This studio, and Jeanie's classes are my sanctuary!
M. O.Alchemy School of Yoga is amazing. It's the place you need if you're craving a bit more heart and soul in your yoga and your life! Jeanie is like the Oprah of Cork yoga, she has all the depth and wisdom and knowledge you need while still being such good craic and firmly planted in the real world! She just makes you feel good and it's a wonderful space.
S. P.Jean’s studio is an atmospheric, relaxing and peaceful place with lots of lovely decor. I attend her pregnancy yoga class and she always goes that extra extra mile telling us interesting anecdotes, sharing thoughtful reflections, providing nice tea and chocolate, lending us books to read...the list goes on. She creates a wonderful safe place and helps to build our confidence and strength for the birth. Can’t recommend it enough.
