Mary is great a what she does. Her love for yoga and helping others shines through in all her classes. She has a very natural teaching approach and is very down to earth. She seems to be constantly attending teachers training which is great. Her retreat days & weekends away are a must if you just want to escape from it all. Mary offers a range of classes from beginners to advanced & private lessons + kids classes so there is something to suit all the family. Keep up the good work Mary :-)

Mary is an amazing teacher - she really knows her stuff and is so welcoming. As a beginner, I was a bit anxious before i went but she made me feel completely at ease. I love going and always feel energised and relaxed after each class. I'd highly recommend giving it go! Thanks a million for everything Mary, see you next week :)

Marys passion for yoga and teaching just oozes from her in every class, she is so approachable, knowledgeable and always also makes the classes fun! Her retreats I would also highly recommend if you are looking to feel completely refreshed and relaxed then you can't go wrong spending a day at one of those! 🖐️⭐
