I started Clinical Yoga with Laura as a result of a back and shoulder problem. I had completed a series of Physio sessions and was in a between space of not needing Physio but not ready for a formal exercise class. I still had movement issues that would have made keeping up with a general class difficult.
Clinical Yoga came to the rescue. Laura has worked around my issues, giving me alternative poses that I can do without aggravating my problem areas. She has a modification for everything. Gradually the sessions have become more challenging and I’m really enjoying seeing the improvement in my ability.
Pain and injury can knock your confidence and it can be scary to try something out of fear of making matters worse. Nobody wants to end up back at square one. Clinical Yoga removes that fear. I knew I was in safe hands with a qualified physiotherapist and yoga teacher. It has been hugely beneficial to me. Thank you.

I've been attending yoga classes for about two months online from Italy and it's simply great!!! I'm not very flexible but Laura is able to push you to your limits without you realising it! She is patient and kind and gives you several options so that it's suitable for beginners and advanced students. Her classes are very professional but at the same time friendly and relaxed so you end the day feeling refreshed and good all over..... Highly recommended!!!

I've been attending Laura's yoga classes for a number of years - so no surprises that I think they are great. It's a crowded market out there, but I go back again and again for her skills (as a yoga teacher and physio - what a great mix!) and her fantastic attitude. She is kind and open, always encourages us to progress, but with very low fuss or pressure. A great mix overall, to challenge and get the best out of attendees.

I was attending Yoga classes with Laura for a number of years (pre-Covid) and I found her to be an exceptional teacher and the best of many I have had over the years. I am looking forward to getting back to face-to-face classes with her when life returns to normal.
