Reviews of Repose Yoga Studio
Suzanne's classes are outstanding and so beneficial. After years of pain and injury I tried Yoga with Suzanne and it has changed my body and life. Recently did her Fascial Release workshop and it was excellent.
Suzanne is one of the most intuitive & passionate yoga teachers I’ve been lucky enough to learn from. She has a style that combines strength & flexibility but in a mindful, not to mention fun, way. She puts so much thought & energy into each class and no two are ever the same. I’ve been regularly doing her classes over Zoom since lockdown & my body has never felt better. Not only that, I’ve never slept better. A tonic for body and mind.
Can't recommend Suzanne and her classes highly enough, her clam, encouraging and supportive manner ensures each class is hugely beneficial both mentally and physically. Delighted to be back on the mat in her company and great care again
So glad to be able to get back to classes with Suz. She's an amazing teacher and has an incredible amount of knowledge on all aspects of yoga. Her classes are friendly and welcoming and she is truely inspiring
Lovely space, teacher & class excellent.
I've been doing yoga with Suzanne who owns and runs Repose for many years. And enjoying a range of classes by the super bunch of top class yoga teachers who are part of her team. She runs the studio excellently. The wide range of classes with a variety of teaching styles is a privilege to have nearby. A consistent standard of teaching means you can choose a time that suits your schedule and know it'll be a great class!
It’s nice. Not 22 euro per class nice but it’s nice. You can hear the thump of the gym classes above every so often which can be off-putting when trying to relax, and the teachers don’t seem to individualise poses as they tend to in other studios. I noticed a few individuals struggling with certain poses and the teacher not offering up any extra support which I thought strange.
I’ve been doing yoga for years on and off, mostly following online instructors. But when I went to repose, it was so much better. The instructor does a great class where the yoga is both intense and fun. She has a big community of both men and women. The classes feel alive and responsive, and you feel included, right from your first class.
