I've had a lot of issues with injury over the years and since I started in your yoga center I haven't had any. Really welcoming place for beginners and all levels. Great atmosphere and variety of classes too!

I have always had the intention to start yoga due to my rugby background and the need for a good stretching session after match day. I have tried a number of classes across the limerick area over the past year but by far, Your Yoga Studio, has proven to be the best! From the studio itself to the experienced instructors I have always been fully satisfied with my experience and have already seen a massive improvement in my games week to week! I would highly recommend the studio, with many of the lads already signing up for classes

Been struggling with neck and shoulder issues on and off for many years... After many failed therapies I called upon the almighty yoga and I've never felt better. Great facilities here, welcoming, professional and regular classes are available so it works with my work schedule. Definitely worth a try if you're considering yoga

Loved this experience and it's only beginning! Tried it out as a beginner and loved it! So many options and didn't feel out of place at all!! Also hear they have sports classes and pilates starting in the new year 👌 very excited to see what else is to come!! X
