For this transaction I telephoned the Company on Monday morning and by early on Friday my irreparable Washing Machine was replaced by a new machine; The old one was unplumbed, new one installed, old one removed and I was up and running. I needed a part for a Zanussi oven and went to the Washing Machine Company, the man was very helpful and explained how to put part in, sure enough it was easy to repair and my oven was up and running again. About 2 weeks ago the part went again, I returned to the shop and explained to the man that the part had snapped and I was here to buy a replacement. He very kindly gave me the replacement free of charge. Thank you Washing Machine Company I will definitely be recommending and will return if I too need any electrical items or parts.

Our old dryer packed up over the weekend and unfortunately, at the moment were not in a position to replace it. I called into John of the Washing Machine Company with a spice grinder that had stopped working. John took it in and found the problem, it was the wiring of the machine. He fixed the wiring and also replaced the foreign plug on the machine with a standard 3 pin plug. All of this was done free of charge to my surprise! Excellent and knowledgeable service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop for appliance related repairs or purchases. The staff are also very friendly and professional.
