Decided to try A&E after seeing all the ads around town. I was skeptical at first but the entire process was smooth and professional. Andrew helped me with the insurance and scheduling. He answered all questions and was patient with all the calls. They recently updated to a computer system but were polite and accommodating. It takes at least 2 days for an appointment. Super cozy and lounge area. Snacks and drinks available. Small seating area for about 5 people. The job only took about 45 min and the screen was updated throughout the process for the car which was visible in the lobby. The staff double checked the car before they started working and even walked through the process with me. George and Jamie were superb and even cleaned up the mess from a previous windshield job from a different company. They took the extra time to fix the sensor box when we pointed out the concern. A check and voucher to Rodizio was given at the end of the service. No issues with the windshield so far and the entire experience was the best yet.

While it's true they have gone to a rebate check for the cashback, from what I gather, this way is more reliable. I mean it is the largest cashback offer in the valley! As far as service goes, they were awesome! The waiting room is comfortable with free snacks and drinks! Very family friendly, There's an arcade console with over 600 games!

This was a no hassle great experience. They were true to their word about their certificate and their check. I had a wonderful dinner with my husband and I also have glass I can see through now again without worrying that it's gonna shatter even further on me in the road. Definitely recommending them to everybody I know that talks to me about glass and will definitely use them again in the future!

Excellent customer service! Very friendly! Waiting area is comfortable and they offer free beverages and snacks. I originally was scheduled to have my windshield replaced by a nationwide company. On the day it was scheduled, they cancelled and pushed my appointment out two weeks. A&E was able to get me in within 3 business days. This is why I'll return to them if I ever need a replacement again.

I've never had such amazing customer service from ANY company or service before calling A&E Auto Glass. I first decided to give them a shot after hearing they were a locally owned business- the free dinner they were offering helped, as well. During the initial call, the representative was very patient while I attempted to retrieve my insurance information and settle my dogs down. She walked me through the process and made everything very easy. They changed my windshield at my home, giving me a 4-hour window for when they would arrive. The driver called when he was 20 minutes away, to provide a sufficient heads-up. He let me know when he was done, and gave me their promotional offers of $120 and a free dinner at Rodizio Grill. I was thrilled, considering my insurance covered the full cost of the windshield. This is where they really surprised me. The check they left me wasn't signed. I didn't realize this until almost the end of business day, but they were, again, very accommodating. The manager had a new check made and sent immediately, and even sent me a picture for confirmation. I received the check today with a handwritten letter and an extra $20 than promised!

Great job to the sales and installers! I only gave them 3 stars because the rebate process took forever. I had to call to check the status of the rebate 2.5 months after my new windshield. They offered to mail it out but could take a few weeks. I decide to drive 10 miles to the shop to just pick it up. If you are going with this company for the $140, don’t it’s not worth the wait!

Hi, The service and quality of the Company is awesome. They are prompt for the appointment time. Once I made the call to get my windshield replaced this company went the extra mile. Going to A&E Auto Glass was a great experience going in and walking out of their facility. When I pulled up I was immediately greeted by the workers and they were ready to get my windshield done right away. The staff inside were great as well and very respectful as well. They keep their waiting room stacked with proper amenities for anyone to enjoy. Overall a great place to get your windshield done and if I can add more stars I'd give them extra only cause they had The Office playing in the waiting room.

This hubby and wife owned business is so awesome! They go completely above and beyond! Had an appointment the next day! Got the Dodge Ram glass i requested and they installed new moldings i also recieved a 140.00 check paid to me with my full glass coverage through my auto insurance! Crazy story too! i was cashing my check and their commercial was playing on my radio at the same time i was at the drive up teller! All my car club members have had great experience too. Super happy i found them!

Very quick to repair my windshield. Waiting lobby rocks! Had to change my review. I was supposed to get my rebate within 90 days after my insurance paid. I tried to follow up about my rebate and got an email saying they are under new management and that they will try to get the previous rebates out to clients but they would for sure honor the rebate if you came in again for services. Guess I have to wait until a need another window in my car?

Well 5 stars all the way... My windshield looks incredible. The service was impeccable. Literally in and out in 25 minutes! BUT....4 months later, after multiple calls I get my rebate check....AND IT BOUNCED. So now I was charged back $140 for the rebate and $12 as a fee. Now what? I'm torn. Definitely don't get 5 stars now. Would have if there check didn't bounce even with the delay. Will be calling your office in the morning. I'm not happy Edit on 8/29. I took the bounced check back to a&e and they have me cash in its place. Therefore I'm increasing my rating to a 3. Still get deduction for the bounced check and the fact it took several phone calls to get a check and a 4 month wait

I was scheduled to have my windshield replaced on Thursday and nobody showed up. They did not even call to tell me that my windshield was not going to be replaced. I had to call them which then they told me to stop by at 8am today to get it done. I was there at 8 and was told that they didn’t have my windshield and that if I could wait they would be back within the hour. I told them no I had to go to work so they agreed to come and do my windshield at my location. Four hours go by and no one has showed up so I, once again, called them to see what was going on. They said they still didn’t have it but someone would be there soon to replace it and I said okay. Not to long afterwards the technician called and said he was there so I met him at my car. He handed me a paper which had the information of the install and a rebate that was blank. He didn’t know what it was for and neither did I because I thought they gave cash and not a rebate. So I had to go BACK again for this information to be filled out and now I am unsure when this “check” will be sent to my house. I will not be using their services anymore. I do agree with other reviewers that the facility is nice and they do offer food and drinks while you wait. However, they need better organization and need to be upfront with their customers. Things happen and there are things that cannot be resolved. If they were upfront with me I would of had a better understanding and a overall experience. So I must admit I did not want to call A&E and have a conversation about my rebate but I'm glad I did. I was informed on what was happening and they are resolving the issue as we speak. I will not remove my previous review because I was upset about how things went about and the overall communication. However, I am happy to say that they were understanding as was I in the situation that accord. I will be using them in the future because they were upfront with me, honest in what had transpired, and were vigilant/quick in resolving the issue. Thank you again Sherolyn.

Hi Juan here, I have been using A&E Auto glass for 2 years now. Recently got my windshield replaced 2 months ago and was on a tight window to get to work. The technician was amazing and stayed on schedule. I was in and out in an hour like promised and made it to work on time. I have experienced in the field and in shop repairs and have 0 complains. I recommend using A&E Auto glass over any other company. Currently having issues with Insurance paying up for repairs so planning to drop them and keep A&E. Love you guys and keep up the GREAT Work!

We had a few bumps along the way but A&E is a good company with great customer service. After they took on my clam and replaced my windshield we found out that my insurance company refused to pay them. Even with the fact that all the work was now done at a loss to them they still came out and warrantied my windshield when I had a issue with it leaking. They could have easily told me that they were not fitting paid and that if I wanted my leak fixed I would have to go through my insurance company or pay them myself. Very few company’s would offer this level of service without being paid.

I was referred to A&E Auto Glass and they were awesome!! Carlos was the tech who replaced my windshield today and I'm so happy!! Carlos was very kind and professional at the job he did. The waiting room was great with snacks and the rebate $$$ you get back makes it so worth going to this company! They even give you a gift card to a restaurant! So glad there is a company like A&E that knows how to treat customers with respect and kindness! I will be referring them to my friends and keeping their number in my contacts! I would have given them a higher rating except for 2 reasons. 1) Very unprofessional atmosphere. Lots of techs loading trucks dropping f-bombs and arguing and complaining about windshields for jobs that were not picked up. This is a huge NO NO for any business. This should not happen in front of customers. 2) I am all for family oriented businesses. However, kids running all over the shop, parking lot, climbing in customers cars, etc is not professional nor safe. The tech who installed my windshield gets 5 STARS for his professional attitude and great job on my car. I did not get his name but wish I had. He remained out of the zoo like atmosphere and did his job quietly and competently. High five to you!

I have lived in AZ for 13 years and NEVER had to replace a windshield before. In fact, never in all my driving / car ownership years have I had to replace one. So when a rock flew up and cracked my windshield on the way to work I was a little taken aback. My insurance company referred another company, but a client of mine referred A&E and I always go with private referrals as they are more accurate. I have to say, I was put at ease and felt very confident that I had made the right choice. Carlos was the employee who helped me and he was so informative and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was a lot of fun to banter with and will refer A&E forever! Thank you Carlos for putting up with my old self and for fixing my window. The young ladies behind the desk deserve KUDOS as well. The technician that did my windshield replacement was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! A windshield replacement usually takes about 90 minutes to two hours, but Carlos had my vehicle done in no more then an hour and it looks great. If I ever need work done to my windshield in the future I will definitely request him.

I seen the advertisement on the billboard as well as on the radio and decided to give them a try. There were a few hiccups with my 1st appointment that I was not too happy about, however the 2nd appointment was rescheduled, tech showed up, fixed our windshield during the timeframe we asked for and the service was quick. There was also a misunderstanding with how the rebates are processed; after speaking to Cherlyn I feel better knowing that A&E cares about their customer feedback and follow up with a personable phone call to rectify any confusion. Honestly the best service I think I've ever had from a service industry. I came in with my Fiance on a Friday to get a windshield replacement. They couldn't have been more welcoming. The receptionist invited us to have some food with them to celebrate what I'm assuming was the meeting of a sales goal or something. Some kind of employee party. Anyways we ate some food and had a soda while we waited and it came back that our insurance didn't send over the approval/inspection so they hadn't gotten it in stock on the back end for us yet. But they scheduled to come out to us on monday to replace it and still honored the promotion. 5/5 stars. They couldn't have handled the situation better. Would use them again.

THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME AN ADULT AGAIN! 😂 I have been putting off getting a windshield for too long and finally got sick of people (my mom especially) making fun of me. I called last week and made an appointment which was super easy and stress free. They called my insurance for me and got everything set up seamlessly. I showed up this morning, left my key, and went to breakfast. 48 minutes later I got a call that my car was ready!!!! Everyone was friendly and didn’t make me feel like a complete jerk for the state of my sad SAD windshield. I walked out with a check, a free dinner, a coupon for an oil change, and a huge smile! So l tried A&E out. I had to jump threw a few rings of fire with progressive, but they approved the glass insurance coverage. I was given a windshield with a metallics strip down the center, internal antenna. I could have chosen to wait for a plain one, but wtv. I made a phone call to their office after 30 days and they had the check processed. I picked up next day and yeah, for sure worth it. People in office were awesome and installers outside were fun to talk to.

Amazing experience! Relocated from the east coast and while driving through Texas, added about 8 cracks in the windshield of my Honda. A&E replaced our disaster of a windshield for under $180 and added a free crack repair service which we ended up using within a week! That free repair service turned what could have been a real pain in the neck and wallet into a blessing. Awesome deal, awesome service and a real pleasure to work with the folks there.
