Called in at closing time....key was in door ready to close up and grill was down.When no replacement could be found, Tommy cut down screw with hacksaw ....job done. It would have been so much easier for him to say, sorry we cant assist. BIG THANK YOU. Decent skin. He had just finished helping a girl out with troublesome bulb replacement in her car.You won't find better customer service on the Island.Gorey Motor Factors Rocks
