M.Good experience over all got 4 new tyres fitted brake pads brake discs drive belt wheel alignment and front wind shield wipers, took under two hours it was expensive as it was a lot I got done in one go but I would use them again as they had everything in stock where polite helpful and most important did a good job and I wasn't waiting too long to collect my car which was huge help as I work shifts and need to make most of days I'm off..........

First Stop are reassuringly honest in what needs work on a vehicle but more importantly for most people who just don't have a huge knowledge of cars, they are completely trustworthy in telling you what doesn't need doing.
I will be back to FirstStop in future for any servicing needs.
J.What the guy below doesn't seem to understand is that online prices are in fact cheaper because you are not paying for labour, labour and fitting is included in the prices and not just for the parts, and no garage will fit parts that you buy yourself online unless you can fit it yourself then sure, you can save some money.. so I'm reporting that comment for lack of research and ignorance. Furthermore, a car can't be tracked if those parts need replacing because it would be a waste of time and money, so maybe they done you a favour by telling you this rather you having to track it constantly costing €40-70 a go. Or maybe you would be happier if they just took your money and tracked your car knowing that they would be robbing you as it wouldn't work. Or better still, buy the parts online and waste money as no garage will fit them, meaning you will have to pay for the parts again plus labour. Bet they didn't charge you for the inspection either did they? Even though that was labour on their part.
a. j.Great help and advice from Derek Brown and his colleagues. I will definitely be back. Great value and very fast and efficient. I had a car full of weekly shopping and there was no delay in getting service.
D. C.A good bunch of lads that know their job. A nice clean waiting room, not used much though because there is a nice Costa next door. The guys are courteous and helpful even when they did not have the (unusual size) tyre in stock. They bad it in the next day. I had to come back a few days later with a ruddy nail in the tyre and they plugged it free of charge for me as I had just bought the blasted tyre from them.
