Very good experience! I brought my old Clio here after an NCT failure as a first time customer. Went for a service as well as the repairs I needed, got new tyres as well. Customer service is very good, easy to understand and professional. They took very good care of my car and gave it a complimentary valet inside and out as well! Everything feels smooth like a newer car, so much better than before I brought my car in. Definitely coming back yearly for a regular service.

Thought I had a problem with my lights, and they had no problem checking them out. VERY VERY VERY nice lads 👌. Have had a service on 2 cars, experts at their jobs. Rang these guys in a tizzy on a Monday morning about my car, they were super helpful and told me to drop it up that afternoon. The car wasn't serviced in awhile and needed seeing to! Thankfully they got it through a full service the following day and I got to pick it up the Tuesday evening. Daniel was super friendly and not your typical car sales person, made me feel at ease when talking me through what needed to be done. They even washed it (and I feel mini valeted it too) for me! I got the fly wheel and clutch replaced on my Audi last week. I wouldn't normally be one for leaving a review but given the customer service I experienced from Green Auto from start to finish, I felt the need to post something. I previously would have got work done by my Audi dealer but they could not do it for at least 3 days and not having my car for that long was not an option for me. A friend recommended Green Auto and I will be using them from now on. I phoned them and they advised me that although they were heavily booked they would diagnose my breakdown ASAP. They advised me that my cars clutch was fitted with a dual mass flywheel and that it may or may not need to be replaced. Only when the gearbox was removed could the extent of the repair be properly diagnosed and priced. Unfortunately the clutch & flywheel both needed to be replaced. Initially I was shocked at the price quoted by Green. But when I priced the job with Audi & a few other repair centres and compared like for like I was extremely satisfied that price Greens quoted me was good and fair. Two days later my car was ready! Not only was my car repaired ahead of schedule it was presented back to me fully valeted which was a lovely touch. Outside of that both of the guys whom I dealt with in there were extremely knowledgable, professional and friendly. I couldn't recommend this place more.

“ I drive a Honda Civic and usually go to the main dealer I bought the car from for servicing and repairs. For the past 12 months I had been experiencing loss of power which resulted in my car cutting out! Quite scary as this happened twice at rush hour on the M50. My car went back and forth to Honda 5 times over the last year with every time being promised it was fixed and that the fault was gone. The bills I incurred went into four figures and I still had a car that I did not trust. A friend of mine referred me to Green Auto Service, so at my whit’s end I booked my car in. From the start the whole experience felt like the a Main Dealer but better! I was more than a number, my car was diagnosed with a wiring issue which was traced by one of their technicians (first time I might add). Why was this not seen by the so called Honda “specialists”?............ I was kept informed throughout the whole process from the start to finish. I collected my car back in February of this year complete with a fully detailed report, they had even valeted my car inside and out WOW!!......... Touch wood to date the loss of power has never returned. I have since used Green Auto Service for servicing and could not fault them at any level. The staff are friendly, reliable and honest. I have referred my friends to them and I have yet to hear of any negatives, I have nothing but praise for Green Auto Service, it’s a really professional set up, you get what you pay for “.

Second time I've had my car serviced here. Consistently friendly and polite service, not at all pushy and explained everything clearly both before proceeding with the work, and on collection of the car. Service included a very thorough valet inside and out, which I was particularly grateful for, given that the car was covered with Christmas tree pine needles! I would highly recommend Green Auto. They even offered me a lift to the Luas when I dropped the car off in the morning!

I'd definitely recommend Green Auto Service based on my recent experience. My VW Polo had been failing the NCT because of high emissions and Daniel and the team really went above and beyond to uncover and solve the problem. They came up with a creative solution that worked great for my car and enabled it to pass the NCT retest with flying colours. Their customer service excellent, I was kept up-to-date on progress with my car, it was all done in a timely manner and communications were clear and reliable. Daniel was very nice, helpful and approachable too which made the whole experience a positive one. I'd feel very confident in recommending this garage to a friend and am so grateful to them for saving my car!

Delighted with work carried out in this garage , have been to many garages with the same poor running issue for the last few months on my BMW with no resolution, I was stuck with a car I could barley drive , Brought the car to Green Auto and it was cured within 2 days and 5 weeks later and it still hasn't skipped a beat , all was explained to me in micro fine detail , I got exactly what I paid for and that was 5* Service .
