Very happy and great service. I often went to the shop for flat tyres and always got a quick and great service. This time my mudguard was stuck and the back wheel wouldn't turn. They took it in, repaired and didn't even charge. 100 % recommended👍👍👍👍

Exceptional service - rented 2 bike for 2days but due to my working hrs and my girlfriend being in possession of the second bike, we were unable to make the return on the return date and ended up with the bike for a week period. upon return, we explained the situation and he was perfectly calm and understanding. Definitely made an happy customer.

FANTASTIC SERVICE. The owner was absolutely amazing, i could rent my bike very early on a Saturday morning, the process was simple and it was so cheap that i couldn't believe. I got a problem with the bike that was my fault and he was very polite and solicitous to help. If i could i would definitely rate it as 10 stars. Thank you!

Exceptionally good service, and very prompt. I had a puncture, and within the hour I collected my bike, good as new. In addition, my bike received servicing at no extra cost (because it had been purchased there and was still in warranty) - without me even asking for it or mentioning the warranty! Fantastic service. I rented a bicycle with very little notice. The owner was wonderfully helpful. He fitted a child’s seat on the back of the bike and provided a kids helmet for no extra charge. The shop remained open throughout Sunday during the Dublin marathon and Bank holiday Monday. We used the bike to cycle with my 4 year old nephew for over 16 miles along the marathon route. Much better value and quality than the city bikes and service with a smile. Thank you so much for accommodating us. I will definitely be back again! Highly recommended.

I came here today as I needed my pedals changed and had a flat tire while I was stuck in town, this shop was recommended by another bicycle shop because they couldn't service my bicycle at the time. After few sunny days, I decided to get bike for me and my husband. I have looked few hours on web and read reviews about some good shop around my area I have also rang my friends.I finally spot this shop, on the phone there was a nice guy who have answered few of my questions about my lifestyle and what I need to know about my 1st bike. I decide visit this shop next day, and I was surprised when the guy I was talking to recognise me by my voice! He actually have had prepared few bikes for me, because he was sure I'll come to shop and have a look. After few rides on different bikes, I spot my one! Guys in the shop knew right now some people have a tough time because of Covid and the final price was even better then on web page.

I stayed in Dublin between 19/3/18 - 25/3/18, during this time I thought I would hire a bike for me and my cousin to get around and explore the city. The people in this shop could not be any nicer and hired the bikes to us for a very good price and gave us decent locks for the bikes. They were very professional, they were very easy to contact when our plans kept on changing, we were able to use the bikes to travel to great destinations about the city. They never broke down and they were well maintained by the staff. I am definitely using them again when I come back to Dublin :-)

Brought my bike in here after after finding it damaged and robbed of its seat in broad daylight in Dublin city centre. Hired 8 bikes at Bike Hire Dublin. Due to a strike only 2 of our group of 8 made it to Dublin. I mailed the owner 2 days in advance to inform him of our flight cancellation. Upon returning their 2 bikes, the owner told my 2 friends that a refund for the other 6 would be paid. And after some weeks, the return magically appeared in my bank account!
