Bought the berg Pearl scooter for my son thinking it was red, when in fact it is actually pink. To be honest it was my fault and I had also gotten rid of the box and packaging. I honestly thought there is no chance these lads will do anything here but to me surprise they swooped it out for the boy color with no issues and no complaints. Very down to earth team in there and super organized. Can't recommend this place enough, full credit to them I'll definitely be back.

The experience in this shop was amazing. We had so much doubts about the stroller we wanted to buy and after weeks of searching we found Eurobaby with truly incredible team of people. Mary was so patient and gave all the knowledge and information possible to help us make a decision. I have purchased 2 bicycles here, numerous accessories and have had my bicycle repaired here. Always very pleasant and helpful. A good range of quality products. A special mention for the ever helpful Keith and their bicycle mechanic (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) went above an beyond in tracing a weird noise from my older bicycle. I’m a new parent with a baba who cries all day instead of napping. It’s quite distressing to watch and my wife and I have tried all the tricks in the book. I came across an infant lounger at Eurobaby Longmile Rd. when baba was having a particularly bad day. Aside from the excellent product, I’d like to thank the wonderful staff at Eurobaby. The lady I phoned did her utmost to ensure that the item would be delivered to me asap and ahead of normal delivery schedules. The driver was a gentleman and phoned in good time to say that he was en route. I just want to say that I hope management see this review. Even if my baba keeps crying at nap time, it was so heartening to deal with such lovely, helpful people. Thanks!!

A very good experience with the support service. We bought a Cosatto wheelchair, unfortunately one of the rear wheel broke after a year. We were confident to obtain a replacement from Cosatto support (4 years warranty) but quickly realized that they ignore their client... Asking for some help from Eurocycles Eurobaby, they quickly reassure us that they will replace the wheel and they gave a lot of effort to make it happen. It took some time thanks to Cosatto :( but they kept me in touch the whole time Thanks again for your help!

Incredible customer service from Maureen today, she genuinely went above and beyond to help me out with our little car seat escape artist. She came out and made sure all was OK with our car seat, head rest and secured the houdini strap for me. She was so lovely and kind to my little girl and honestly such a really very helpful lady.

Bought an e bike through the Cycle to Work Scheme. Dealt with Robert who made the whole process so easy. Purchase was done remotely and he was so efficient from the processing of the documents, to advice on the type of bike through to delivery and a follow up call to see that all was ok. Would highly recommend.

Went in for a puncture repair in the store on the long mile road, i was attended to by a staff member by the name of Robert. He was an absolute gentleman, very nice man and was very easy to communicate with. The repair was cheap, quick and done at a very high standard. It was a good first experience with the shop and will 100% go there in future.

while i do not have issue with the store or the online staff as they were all lovly. however i do have issue with the Raleigh E stow away. I Paid E1680. To be fair i paid extra for the puncture resistant tyres and they are great, however the bike itself i would not recommend for the price and i am lost as to why i paid such a high price. i was originally looking for an Electric bike to get me through the winter months as i cycle from Dublin 11 to Dublin 8. i also wanted an easily foldable bike for handiness and a good battery. I have the bike a month now and it is way way way too heavy so i only fold it when i am getting a lift home as it will not fit into the boot of the car without being folded. The magnet which is designed to join 2 sections together when folded is not worth the paper it was signed off on, The bike disconnects almost immediately this then leads to scratches being left behind from the bike unfolding while being lifted into the boot. The magnet is also very loose and rattles when cycling. The handle bars are not sturdy either and when doing a hand signal to turn the handle bars wobble. I was also advised not to charge the battery until it is on one bar. This was put to the test only to find i was left stranded as the bike stalled on 2 bars i then had to ring my husband to pick me up as again the bike is way to heavy to cycle without the battery. since this i have to charge the battery on two bars as not to risk being stranded. i will not be recommending this bike and would love my money back. The service I received from the staff in this store was excellent , I was exchanging an unused item that I'd bought 2 months before (no problems) I rang to check if the exchange was possible before making the journey & got through to the wrong department and was asked to leave my name and number, A lady's from the nursery section rang me back within the hour . I explained that I'd also broke the disk on the Icandy strap and she told me to bring it in with me. When I walked into the store today holding a buggy seat and a footmuff box a staff member walked down the stairs & approached me asking , was I the lady on the phone (2days prior). She explained that another member of there team had my item put aside and she took the seat off me to replace the broken catch free of charge Returned phone call within an hour from Maureen No hassle exchange after a lengthy time Excellent communication between staff members regarding there customers It's a long time since I received that level of service in a store , if ever Thank you

Helped me load the box in the car and even adjusted the straps on the baby seat even though we didn't buy it there

Sales assistant so well informed spent over an hour with us recommending what we needed and honestly telling us that we didn't need to buy some products we planned on purchasing which we appreciated. Discount given due to size of order and no problem holding everything until we need it. Great shop great variety and excellent honest staff.

Staff were super friendly when we were looking for a travel buggy, the only problem they had nothing we wanted in stock (despite their website saying otherwise) and if we hadn't found it elsewhere we would have had to drive 40 minutes further out of our way to get it. 5 stars for the staff in the baby department, 3 stars for available stock.

I visited the store in Swords recently The staff were excellent and the knowledge they had regarding the Euro Baby copious products was very impressive. I experienced a misunderstsnding regarding a product, however the company manager Aidan Joyce swiftly sorted the situation out. I would like to thank Mr Joyce and all the staff including 'the lads', downstairs in Euro Cycles for their friendly and efficient service.

They have great stock but not exactly cheap and service is typically messy (e.g on two separate occasions I was told order was in and it wasn't, only part was, a pain as not the most convenient location). Staff are good just messy set up i think.

We went euro baby on the long mile road today we need a Pacific buggy an we needed it today . We where there early an they hadn't got the pram we wanted in stock . We went to another shop an were sold a pram that didn't suit the needs of the child had to return it and ended up back at euro baby at 5.50 10 mins before they close . To say the girls went above an beyond is an understatement they where amazing They took the display model down for us an we got the pram we wanted an we have a happy child and happy mammy :) Thanks so much to shauna and the other two ladies i didn't get there names. We are very grateful xx
