The best Bike Shop in town. I bought a second hand bike. Martina and Scott are very friendly and highly professional. Martina helped in selecting my bike and Scott did all the technical support. They were helpful in suggesting the accessories at the start up. The vibe is great. I missed my first free appointment to service my bike and they call me to see when can I get back in to do it. I have been to other bike places in town. I say this is the best Bike Shop in town in regards to prices, customer support, professionalism and friendliness. Thank you Martina and Scott!

I bought a second hand bike today and haven't been cycling for years ! Anyway, I called them thinking there was something wrong with the bike and Mr Korean Guy ( I don't remember his name, starts with J XD) picked up and was super responsive ! So I cycled to the store soon after and the staff were super helpful ! Connor helped fixed up what needed to be fixed. Bought a bike stand and bell. Prices were way affordable compared to other bike repair shops ! I felt the staff went above and beyond in providing the services ! They even taught me how to use the gears and adjust the seat heights ect. Would highly recommend this place ! They're were friendly too :D

Took my bike to this new shop to replace a broken chain. The two machanics there were so friendly and helpful. The gentleman (I'm sorry I didn't fully catch his name) stopped what he was doing, replaced the bike he was working on and replaced my chain in a matter of minutes. He even corrected a problem with my handlebars without me mentioning it. Excellent service! Will bring my bikes there for any work needed.

I came here to buy a second hand bike to use during my 3 month stay in Ireland, in the end they fixed me up with a bike I like so much I'll take it home with me in the plane. Great team, very helpful and open. Just keep in mind that their stock of secondhand bikes may vary and that the crew might not be able to give the price of the bike in advance, since the cost depends on the repairs that are necessary. Mine was 215 euros and worth every cent.

If you need a bike fixed, this is the place to bring it. The staff are very knowledgeable, really pleasant to deal with, and they do great work on the bikes. They can make an old scrappy bike feel like new. They'll sell you what YOU need, not what they want to sell, unlike another chain store not so far away. Highly recommend. And did I mention they are lovely to deal with? Really important! They are superb.

I got stranded in Inismeáin on the Aran islands with a busted gear changer and a three week holiday ahead of me. I rang Martina and explained that I planned to get the early ferry and return if possible with a fixed bicycle in the evening! I was expecting her to laugh at my optimism, but instead she said she’d ring me back in five minutes informing me if she could source the part. True to her word she did and said if I could make it in to her shop first thing in the morning she’d take care of me. Skip to the end of the story …by 11 am my bicycle has been perfectly fixed and I’m delighted with the competitive price. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thanks to all.

Just got my bike back from a service and new tyres. Very happy with their service and very helpful. I was also having problems with my wrists getting sore because of the angle of the handlebars when I was cycling on the paths through the woods, they did an assessment in the shop and gave me some suggestions, ordering in grips and changing the handle bars. Great that I will be able to enjoy my cycle through the woods without my wrists killing me. Thanks 🙏🏻

These guys are absolute gems. Knowledgeable, patient, sound, and the cost of repairs/parts replacements are unbeatable . and all through the process you get to learn. Its a true win/win. This place is fabulous! Friendly, tea and bikes: what can we ask for more? This place is an essential part of Galway's community. I came here without knowing much about repairing my bike (although I was cycling a lot), now I can call myself a rookie bike mechanic. You learn and you pay less for that. I found this place very helpful and also learnt how to fix my bike for free. They have second hand parts that you can use to replace your old broken/worn parts too which I thought was really convenient for someone on a tight budget. They also have new parts too that are very reasonably priced in comparison to other bike shops.

Great place to do up your bike. Or buy a second hand bike, or steal from the free accessories, or may be even buy a new one. And it supports the local community too. There are these DIY workshops where you can learn to do repairs. Friendly staff who give unbiased advice about anything from buying a second hand bike to sourcing parts.

(Translated) Very good bicycle workshop! I arrived with a bike recovery in very bad condition, and the team guided me and helped throughout the duration of the workshop (3:30!) To put it back. All in a good atmosphere and for a price defying all competition. I recommend 👍 (Original) Très bon bicycle workshop! Je suis arrivée avec un vélo de récup en très mauvais état, et la team m'a guidé et aidé pendant toute la durée de l'atelier (3h30!) à le remettre sur pied. Le tout dans une bonne ambiance et pour un prix défiant toute concurrence. Je recommande 👍
