Found the car online. Talked to Adrian about it. Had contemplated trading in an old car. Adrian kept us updated as to the status of the trade-in, even called at the end of the day to tell us there was no news just yet, but he would have it in the morning. We really appreciated that call as it kept the line of communication open and we weren’t wondering if there was news through the night - excellent customer service. We travelled from Dublin to test drive and buy. Dealt with Fergal when down there and he too was lovely to deal with. Absolutely no complaints about my experience with Connollys.

Purchased a Mercedes C Class in December 2022. On a number of occasions had problems with sensor lights coming on. Each time the problem was rectified. A replacement car was provided while without my car. Ten months on the battery malfunctioned, they replaced it free of charge, although not covered by warranty. I dealt with Peadar and Gary on each occasion I found them most courteous, professional and helpful at all times. Also Sean in the maintenance was most helpful. The warranty service in my opinion is excellent. Jim.
