A. C.My wife recently purchased the new Renault Megane E-Tech for Blackstone Motors in Drogheda. Stephen Redmond was the sales person that introduce himself when we walked through the door and we couldnt of been any happier with his service. Spoke with us in deep about the car. A test drive was no problem at all and unlike other places we visited we were also given a choice of 4 colours to choose from.
At no time did we feel like Stephen was putting us under pressure and he even suggested to go home and think about it for a couple of days. We knew that this was the car we wanted and when we rang Stephen back to confirm the order with the help of his colleague Graham we drove our new car home within 24 hours.
Unfortunately Stephen wasnt working the day we collect the car but that still wasnt a problem. He had rang us and invited us back up to the showroom and sat with us for almost another 2 hours going through all the functions on the car and even setup up both phone as well.
