I bought a second hand car from Joe in October. I have to say that my experience was excellent from start to finish. Joe was very patient explaining everything - often more than once (this was my first time buying a car). I experienced an issue with the car within a few weeks of purchasing it, and Joe immediately took it in and fixed it, free of charge (as he had said he would within warranty). He was always the phone for any queries I had, and dealing with anyone here was a professional, efficient experience. Many thanks to Joe and the team.

I have just completed my second purchase from Joe Harvey, the first being 3 years ago. My experiences of Joe on both occasions and in the intervening period have been very positive. Joe is an "old-fashioned" car salesperson who, although obviously wanting a deal favourable to himself, leaves the customer with a bit also. He has a "decency" in his way of doing business and always with a tremendous sense of humour. At all times, he is intent on addressing a customer's concerns.
