Absolutely amazing service from the guys at Grange Car Sales. I recently bought my dream car (Jag XJ). I had a mechanic check it and there was a couple of issues, all standard issues. However, the guys went above and beyond to make sure the car was in perfect condition before leaving the forecourt. Even the forensic mechanic that I got to review the car was very impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm to make sure the car was 100% and the client very happy. I am looking forward to my wife picking out her car in the next few months. Thanks guys

A great customer service - 2 days before my warranty expired, I contacted Graham regarding a problem with the car I purchased - I got an analysis done of the fault in my local garage - fault identified - Graham ordered the part and arranged for delivery to my local garage - turned out the part wasn't covered by the warranty - Graham was kind enough to cover the cost of the part and the labour. Can't say they don't look after their customers. 10/10.

Purchased a great Mazda 6 from Micheal and Graham, the spec and condition of the car was excellent. Unfortunately a problem arose with the car a few hours after purchase, the problem could have happened at any point, the guys were absolutely fantastic when I called them, organising a tow and lift home while also organising a rental car and a full replacement of the part with all work included and covering the cost of everything. I cant recommend them any higher, the problem was one they would have never known about but they fully supported me with everything and now the car is running like perfect and I couldn't be happier. I recently bought a vehicle from Michael it was the exact same as the photos displayed,. My experience was so pleasant and positive from start to finish, it was also an added bonus to my experience to have my car delivered for a fee as I'm not comfortable driving in high levels of traffic in a city so this was the icing on the cake for me!! My experience with this garage was excellent cant rate it high enough, all I can say is when I decide to upgrade again down the line it will be the first garage I will check because of the positive experience I had with my purchase really satisfied with the experience, and my car of course...

I was looking for an Audi A4 for my dad on Done Deal. When I saw the A4 presented by Michael in Grange Motors it immediately caught my eye. One look at their range of vehicles I could see there was no junk in their yard. Car presented in excellent condition, 25 photos showing all aspects of the vehicle. Also full details on all paperwork with the car. As I am living in the south of the country I did not want to be traveling 2 hours to be disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. One call to Micheal and I was pretty sure it would not be a wasted visit. The car did not disappoint (and I am not easily impressed....ask Micheal). Excellent service and good bunch of lads. Some months ago I purchased a lovely Mercedes & i dealt with Michael himself . Within a week I had a minor issue with the windscreen. When I contacted Michael he recommended I went to the Mercedes garage as it was a Mercedes screen that was on the car . He contacted me as soon as I left Mercedes garage to see how it went and told me if I needed any further assistance to ring him and he would deal with the problem . Thankfully the minor issue was resolved . An A plus sevice and a pleasure to deal with . I would most certainly recommend this garage .😉

I recently purchased a 2010 Audi A4 1.8T auto from Michael O’ Connell. Presented in very good condition. I left the car in to Audi in Sandyford for a second pair of eyes. They found a small number of potentially very expensive items. While a number of the items were outside the scope of the 12 month warranty, Michael to his credit had the points addressed to our mutual satisfaction via an approved Audi workshop. Circa €800 in parts and labour that he absorbed. Genuine effort to ensure Customer is happy and I have no hesitation in recommending him to any future buyers.

Great garage! I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for top professional service not only during the sale but also post transaction! Given COVID crisis NCT centres were closed when I was buying my e-class - the car came with NCT guarantee and following a test a small issue popped out. Given that I live on the other side of town they dropped the parts directly to my doors and covered my mechanic fees (plus gave him a tip as well!) to save me a trip! The car I bought was in such great shape a man that was testing it in NCT wanted to buy it off me...

Couple of very minor issues with the car and he dealt with them straight away without any hassle. Dropped in last week to ask about a pre NCT inspection.
