I was in the shop when that Ryan Heaney and his friend came to collect that quad, what a bully, he gave the girl and all young lad some abuse. Anyway I bought the quad after he left and at €399 for a 50cc quad I got some value, I should have left this review long before now but I only ended up here as I broke the pull start and needed Motoworld phone number. Anyway , Great value, Great service and great staff Well done Moto world

We found Motorworld excellent to deal with we needed a Quad for my 14 year old son and Lynn guided me in the right direction, she was more than helpful...We got the perfect Quad and have a happy teenager... I would highly recommend them....

Would 100% recommend this company if looking for a dirt bike or quadbike for your child. We just received our 8yr old sons first electric dirt bike for his birthday and his face when he saw it said it all. The 2 people I dealt with over the phone were so professional and even ensured an earlier than expected delivery so that it was here in time the day before his birthday. Its an extremely safe bike, looks amazing and has 3 different speed levels that only the parent can control, it is the must fun he has had since all this lock down.... Also to add, I rang many times with stupid questions as we have never had experience with dirt bikes before, the customer service team were excellent, answered all my questions, encouraged me to ring them at any time if I needed any more info.. Each time I rang, they answered within seconds, I even interrupted one poor girl who was at her lunch but she left it to come to talk to me on the phone.. We will definitely be back, sorry for such a long review but we were seriously impressed with our dealings with this team, thanks to all.

Very happy with the electric Fox quad we got here for our 2 boys. It's great being able to have it in higher speed for our older boy and slower for our youngest. Great service, 6 months and not a bother with it, we just had to tighten the chain.

I must say that Garry & his team really went the full hog & recovering something I thought I had lost, from the shop assistant' to the mechanic they put my little son's quad back on track as we couldn't get to the bottom of it for a long time but they pulled through with a bit of patience from me as a customer always helps. But now every time I go home I can create loads of Happy memories in Donegal through fields & hills. I just couldn't thank them enough for the hard work they put in to get my quad right for my son. I'll definitely be shopping here again for another quad at some point . Every time now I need something I buy from motoworld as respect to how they helped me. Which is how a business makes themselves greater than the other by going that extra mile to find a solution to a problem while treating the customer fairly. But I also had to have patience and give them a chance to do the work. All I can is from 1 🌟 to 5 🌟 was never in doubt really deserve double that. It means so much to a customer when a business listens & takes care of there buyers at whatever cost. Thank you motoworld for what you did. I first came in contact with Motoworld over a year ago at a show where they had a large selection of quads on show, The person there was more than helpful to me and had a large knowledge of his range of quads, I was happy to buy a battery quad for my son from this guy and as he was not in his shop and it was a Sunday he didn't have the spare key and the manual for the quad, but as promised he had posted the spare key and manual the very next morning and I had them Tuesday morning, he even followed up with a call to see was I happy with the Quad a week later and just a couple of days ago I damages some parts on the quad due to my own fault, he was extremely fast to diagnose the problem over the phone and have the new parts sent out to me the same day, I wish every shop was as efficient as these guys, I would have no problem dealing with them in the future

I couldn't recommend motoworld enough Eamon was very helpfull and patient with 2 small men who could not make up there minds with the selection of quads safety gear that motoworld had. We travelled 4 and half hours all the way for Tipperary on a Sunday and eamon went out of his way to come in for us. It was well worth the trip for peace of mind to check the correct size to suit the boys. Hopefully Eamon and Santa can work together to making two farming men happy Christmas morning. Regards Connor

On Friday of biking weekend, had breakdown en route to Letterkenny. Motoworld replaced lifted valve first thing on Sat morning in time for ride out. Excellent service.
