I had a great experience dealing with Cogans Toyota in Carrigaline. Paul Foy was very professional and I didn't really have to worry about anything as everything was made very easy for me. I had a issue with my old car which he took off my hands and I nothing to worry about. I bought a stunning new RAV 4 sport black edition. I don't have time to do internet reviews but in this case.......... Genuinely couldn't be a better service level from all the staff at Cogans Garage. From Paul who sold me my Land Cruiser to Colm in service advice, Simon in Warranty and the very accessible service manager Denis Hegarty who looks after me so very well. To be honest, even when you walk in the door or call the reception - everyone is so pleasant and professional - I wish my own business was the same. I'd have no reason to go anywhere else when it comes to buying my next Cruiser or for Independent service work, even as my mileage gets high and warranty ends - there's no point. Toyota training, Toyota genuine parts and very fair prices negate the need to go to the independent market for me and my jeep until I replace it at Cogans again next time around. Thanks lads 👍🏽

I put my car in for routine service to Cogans in Carrigaline on Friday and they also did some work in relation to air bag recall. Unfortunately they found an unexpected problem with my brakes which needed extra work. Despite how busy they were in the service dept they were able to get it going that day as they knew I had to go travelling that afternoon. Just wanted to say thank you for getting me back on the road again. It was frightening to think what could have happened if this had not been picked up by them.. I would highly recommend using Cogans in Carrigaline both the Service dept and Sales.

Absolutely superb service. I noticed a rubbing nose while driving, and as my car is less than two years old: I brought it in to get it checked out. As it turned out the repair was a bigger issue than expected. So I got a loan car for free throughout the whole waiting time. It was exactly the same model as my car. I was kept updated about the progress of the repair at all times. Once my car was fixed I got it dropped to my home, as I was not able to pick it up myself.
