Fantastic service. The lady on service desk (sorry can't remember her name) couldn't have done more to help us. I got a flat tyre on my non honda car near the dealership and she really went over and beyond for me. I had a 3year olde with me which makes flat tyre all the more stressful but the exceptional service from Der D'arcy will be remembered.

We purchased a used car recently from this dealership, and worked with Mark. He was a true professional, no high pressure sales tactics which would have turned us off immediately. We spent several weeks deciding on the right car for us, and made it clear that we were looking at competitors products as well. Mark was courteous and professional. Before picking up the car that we chose for delivery, Mark said he had some work to do on it to make sure it was presented in tip top shape. They fixed some minor cosmetic issues and performed a complete valet. He reviewed all of the features of the car for us (there are many), and was pleasant to deal with through the entire process.

Left car in for a service. Nice guy phoned back to advice on few extras. I agreed to the extras and was advised price would be in and arou d the 600eiro mark. When I returned to pick up car bill was eur750. And this did not include one job fitting brakes which needed to be done another day. I stood my ground and eventually paid eur650. I was advised parts for brakes had to be ordered but they would be in garage 2pm next day . I phoned next day 5pm and was advised they hadn't arrived. I agreed to leave car another day. I called next day 5pm only to be advised parts not delivered. I took a taxi to collect car. At garage counter they advised brake parts were on a ship in England that had not yet left England. 2 days no car, a taxi fare and hiked up bill. I won't be going back to get brakes done here. Poor service and a lack of faith.
