This was so easy. Laurence made everything so straightforward and clear. Ordered the required part (at a very competitive price) for my Range Rover and it arrived two days later. Wrapped thoroughly with all needed instructions. Laurence checked with me before, during and after purchase. Really excellent service. Had recently purchased Discovery 5 with Larr and the guys at HB Dennis recently for a service. They provided with a better service than the main dealer I bought it from, with an in-depth health check including a 3D tyre scan, brake and suspension test and printed results for both. Topped off with a full valet, I could not fault any aspect of the service - highly recommended.

Lar and the Guys are just brilliant, nothing is a problem and they have such patience. No question is made feel stupid and everything is explained for your reassurance so you know you can trust them fully . Over the years, I have found these traits particularly important as I am a woman and know nothing about jeeps, other then how to drive them.
