D. P.I have bought many products over the years from Spratt fire places & Stoves. This week I bought an Ezee Glow Celestial electric fire. I have always found them great to deal with. Honest, courteous & helpful are words that come to mind.
There is a good reason that I travel 65 miles return journey to shop here, I always get what I need, when I need it and at a fair price. Love this little company they'll bend over backwards to help you.

We had a stove fitted about three years ago and subsequently developed a minor problem with an external flue. Jim returned to fix the issue when asked. Even though a purchase was a small one, customer servise was excellent- notifications on the order progress were received every time it moved to the next level. S. M.Although the website said they were in stock, it took over 6 weeks to deliver. At no point did anyone reach out to advise of the delays so I had to call several times to check what the status was. For a good customer experience, you should always stay one step ahead of your customer. A simple email to advise of the delays reduces customer annoyance with your company and the possibly of retaining them for more business.

Spratts were recommended to me via one of my neighbors who has already had a wood burner installed. We had been looking for a cartridge stove but having begun our journey back in September 2019 with another provider, we were pleased that within 24 hours of making an email inquiry, Jimmy - Owner - called and came out the following day, for a site survey.
We had a bespoke fireplace design, which was for an open fire. We wanted more heat as we have a very large open plan living area and the open fire was just not cutting the biscuit.
We had been told that we could not have a cartridge stove, firstly because there wasn't one that would fit, but also because of the required Heat Output.
When I mentioned this to Jim, he said that there was a stove that would fit and it would be a cartridge, with a great Heat Output. I was stunned, having been told we could not have one, by the other provider.
Jim emailed me a quote the following morning and with a 50% deposit, my order was secured. From site survey to installation, was just one week. Fantastic.
His team of fitters were brilliant. Polite and very professional. Although there were a few problems, which delayed the installation until the following morning, they carried on and made the necessary adjustments to ensure the job could be completed and it was.
We are now proud owners of the Hunters Di Lusso R6 Cartridge Stove and its fabulous. Its triple heat system makes the flames look like they are leaping out from the stove and its unique clean glass system, ensures little or no soot on the window panel, so the view of an open fire is maintained at all times.
We went for the Multi-Fuel upgrade, which is great but it does reduce the open space screen aspect because it needs a pan tray and special base fitted, but were happy with it.
Again, thanks Jim and his team. You were recommended to us and we will have no problem recommending you and promoting your company.
