Top quality service!! Made our wedding day!! We had our wedding day on 5/6/21 after postponing 5 times due to covid restrictions. We decided to host our wedding in a marquee. As stressful as all the planning was, the food aspect was very easy and stress free. Johnathon spoke to us over the phone and called to the marquee setting to put our minds at ease and ensure all would go smoothly on the day. Johnathons confidence in what he does is amazing. Nothing was a problem, changes to menu, allergies, no problem!! On the day Johnathon and team were so pleasant and professional. The food was absolutely amazing!!! Our guests were blown away! Everything! The steak, the chicken, the PULLED PORK-people are still talking about it! I requested gratin potatoes and they were amazing and went down a treat! The desserts were fantastic too! Many of our guests asked did Johnathon run a restaurant as they wanted to visit it! Our only regret is that we did not get pigspit back for our second day celebrations. To Johnathon and team, again thank you so much for making our day! Keep doing what you do best and we will definitely see you for our next celebration😁

Pigspit catered for a family wedding on June 12th in mayo. Their staff Linda, Rob and Amy were professional and delivered a five star service. The food and service were excellent. The pig on a spit was a showstopper and was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for this team. If you can get them I recommend them. 5 *.

Jonathan and PigSpit catered for our wedding in December 2020, amongst the madness of Covid and the never ending changes in Government restrictions Jonathan and his team were very helpful and accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. The food on the day was amazing and plentiful, we received numerous compliments from our guests. The wedding was held in Ballybeg house Wicklow, the organisers there had nothing but praise for Jonathan and his team with regards their professionalism, and how they left the facilities afterwards. Jonathan and his crew were fantastic. They arrived earlier than expected and left the place spotless, after putting in a 13 hour shift! The crockery was beautiful and the wooden placemats for the Mediterranean sharing boards really added to the table decoration. The Mediterranean sharing boards were fabulous, I could have happily picked at it all night long. Then on to the main event! The pork was out of this world, simply delicious. Several people commented to me about the crackling. The sides and salads were gorgeous too. There was plenty of food, with most people going for seconds (and some even for thirds!) I'm only sorry I hadn't factored room for seconds into my dress! The burgers and hot dogs were greatly received later in the evening. Such a fantastic service! I must also note that several other people working at the wedding commented on the team, and Jonathan in particular, for helping out, moving tables, etc. Little things like that are so appreciated when you're doing a DIY wedding. Again, your serving staff were so helpful and courteous. Your chef went to extra special effort to find me a brownie because I was late up for the desserts (I'm sure he did much more than that on the day!) In short, pigspit.ie did an amazing job at our wedding. Everyone was raving about the food and the service was second to none. I would highly recommend you to anyone.

We had Jonathan and Pigspit for our garden party and it was the best decision ever. Communication was friendly and professional before our event, Jonathan arrived on time with the biggest pig on a spit we had ever seen. It was cooked to perfection, smelled and tasted fabulous. Howth Yacht Club hired Jonathan last Sunday to cater for a sailing event. He is very efficient, arrived and served the food exactly as he had promised. The pork was delicious, not overcooked, succulent with amazing crisp crackling, lovely stuffing and apple sauce. Highly recommended

We had Pigspit.ie cater our party for the day after our wedding with a pig on a spit. The food was beyond amazing and Jonathan and his staff were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. It was a super surprise for our guests and everybody was raving about the food and the vision of the pig on the spit for weeks after our party. Couldn't recommend them highly enough

Rhatigan OHL hired Pigspit to cater for a Charity Fundraising Luncheon which recently took place on site. It was an enormous success thanks to Jonathan and his team. They arrived on time and had everything set up and ready to serve to schedule. The food was amazing. Cooked to perfection and served with a smile.
